“Perfect stay at the home away from home”

Our vacation at the Chanalai Garden Resort in Kata, Phuket was a blast. Things started right away when checking in with Khun Daisy, OmAm, Nunu, the wonderful Khun Prem as well as Bumbim and Miss Ben felt like a breeze . Those guys did such a magnificent job and they were always available & helpful during our entire stay. The hotel itself is superbly located in the heart of Kata Beach with EVERYTHING that you need within a few footsteps. Beach? Only a few steps! 7-11? Right in front of the hotel! Massage places to get your bones back on track? Everywhere! Pharmacy? Right across the street! Night markets? Just tie your shoes and take a short but entertaining walk! Taxi to do some shopping at Central? Talk to the front desk! Pool? They have two. Gym? Yes, no problem. In a nutshell, this place has it all. Speaking of which, their restaurant is a true gem! The daily breakfast buffet is out of this world and offers a huge variety from 06:30 to 11:00am. The crew around the managing Khun Tane, Man and Boy is doing an impressive job and never ever gets tired of making your breakfast / dinner or lunch a special occasion. Actually the whole F&B staff is simply outstanding, which is why I want to mention some of them directly: Kae, Gluay, Jib, Not, the slim Non, Milk, Phoen, Peemai, Tripple, the wonderful Miss Nick, the tall Non, Keng, the amazing Mister Kit and Khun Kat. But an extra big shout-out goes to the amazing Miss Wan, she is a peach and the living impersonation of truly genuine and warm customer service. Absolutely lovely!!! It goes without saying there is also a huge crew doing the true magic without actually getting noticed: the chefs inside the kitchen. They are masters! That being written down a big thank you to Nui, Kai, Pong, Chai, Dis, Bang Naan and all the others. Even though visitors will find countless restaurants close by, which underlines the perfect location of the Chanalai Garden Resort, the house internal MORAKOT restaurant as well as the SpiceTrail restaurant on the street level are number one spots and great choices for dining or snacking. Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday special BBQ dinners are held near the pool area, which guarantees a unique dining experience with breathtaking views of the Kata Beach Bay. Our rooms were lovely and spotless. Housekeeping did an amazing job on a daily basis to keep it that way. Therefore a big thanks to Khun A and his amazing team! The whole hotel compound is well created and a huge bunch of gardeners and cleaning ladies work hard to preserve that wonderful appearance. Special thanks to Khun Mann and Tiu... Long story short, the Chanalai Garden Resort truly is a stupendous home away from home and staying there was a fantastic experience. Every wish was granted. Every day felt special. It was like staying in paradise… Will we return? You bet we will.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Daisy at the front tour desk of the hotel. We booked a day with the elephants and a phi phi islands day trip both were phenomenal. I would go as far to say seeing Maya bay one of best days of my life. Daisy is very professional and has a really good energy i recommend booking any trips with her.
