“10 Days at Grand Mercure”

We have stayed at Grand Mercure for 10 days in villa 909 instantly we loved the service and the room. The hotel was excellent value for money with luxury escapes and is a good way to get Australian guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The Hotel in all areas was always spotless clean and all amenities in reach or a helpful staff member away. The breakfast every morning was amazing and service there exceptional and made us feel welcome and they remembered our orders etc giving that extra touch. I would like to give a extra shoutout to Ryan that was our main waiter on the nights eating at bubbles he gave amazing service every night and was super friendly and personable that’s for all staff as well. For example me and my partner like to sit next to each other and they would set up every night before we even came in knowing we liked it that way. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come again definitely one of the best hotels we have ever been to top to bottom all services.
