All rooms have a balcony or terrace, rain shower, bathtub, coffee machine, and complimentary WiFi.

My stay at this five-star hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is elegant and beautifully designed, with luxurious facilities, immaculate cleanliness, and a calm, refined atmosphere that truly defines a top-tier hotel experience. What made the stay especially memorable was the exceptional service. Every staff member was professional, warm, and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort. I would like to give special recognition to my room assistant, Lamyai, who was truly wonderful. She was incredibly kind, detail-oriented, and thoughtful, making sure my room was perfectly maintained at all times. Her friendly attitude and genuine care made me feel completely at home and added a very personal touch to the experience. The room itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable, with all amenities of the highest quality. From the delicious dining options to the seamless service throughout the hotel, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. Thanks especially to Lamyai and the entire team for making my stay unforgettable.

“Save Your Money And Go Somewhere Else...A little above a Riu Resort and only 5 star in price”

Save your money and stay somewhere else. I write this for those who are enamored by the 4.8 stars, Michelin ranking and 5-star ranking this hotel gets. I wish someone would've told me the below before I booked- I would've saved a whole lot of money and points and would've had a better experience on Kamala beach. I am a Diamond Ambassador and have stayed in IHG hotels all over the world. This was more of a step above an average all inclusive (think Riu) without anything being included. It is ranked as probably one of the worst intercontinentals that I have ever stayed at. Pros The front desk rep named Bonus. Honestly she took this from being a one star review to a three star. As most reviews stated, the service here is impeccable. She made a really bad stay tolerable. They should let her train others on how to be responsive to guests. Unfortunately that's where the pros end for me. Maybe because it was high season here, but everything was a mess. We arrived on New Year's Eve only to find out that every restaurant was already booked. There was no mention when I booked or in the 5 corresponding emails prior to my arrival that you needed to book restaurants for New Year's Eve ahead of time. We couldn't even sit down at a table near the beach because everything was packed. 2.) Speaking of restaurants....most of the hotel restaurants were booked for most of my stay. It was giving that all inclusive resort where you can never get into a restaurant but always have to eat at the buffet. 333 beach restaurant was just okay, but certainly not worth $100 USD for a burger and pizza. Same with the beach bar. 4 drinks, calamari and tacos ended up being $190 USD. The calamari and tacos were certainly not worth it- considering you could just go to the beach and get much more food for less than $30 USD. 3.) I had to tell them several times that I am a woman. In the salutations being referred to "Mr." was insulting. Then the welcome gift was for a man. My name is very much a woman's name. You would think with Diamond status they would at least get my name right. 4.) Location. If you are staying on the classic pool side, it is a good walk to the beach. So much so that you have to have a buggy to get to the other side. When we first arrived, it was not adequately explained how you even get a buggy so we were left wandering around for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get to the beach. There is also not a bar on the classic pool side, so you HAVE to walk over to the beach side to get a drink. Additionally, the hotel is not located by Kamala beach. It is a 22 minute walk or 10 minute drive to get to the main beach and strip. 5.) Finally the welcome drink had mold growing in it! See picture attached. Had I drunk this I could've gotten super sick. There are other hotels in Phuket and on Kamala beach that are very nice and that will give you a quality stay for a fraction of the cost. In conclusion, I'm super disappointed with my stay. I expected better from a hotel that holds itself out to be 5 star.
