“5** hotel with genuine hospitality”

Celebrated my birthday with my husband at the InterContinental Phuket Resort. We had the 1 King Bed Premium Ocean View with Club Lounge Access, and it was perfect!!!! The room was big and spacious with a balcony overlooking Kamala Beach. They even prepared a welcome amenity gift since it was my birthday!!! Our room was close to the access door to the beach, which was nice. The room was equipped with plush towels and slippers, an Illy coffee machine, top-of-the-line bathroom amenities, a bathtub, and the bed and pillows!!! MY goodness, the pillows! Soft but firm! Had the best sleep of my life. Club Lounge was superb as well. They serve high-end teas, wines, and sparkling water. You can never go wrong with the Afternoon Tea and Evening Cocktails. But what truly made this resort a 5* one is the staff! From the moment we arrived at the lobby, the bellboy was all smiles. Front desks assisted us with ease and warmth. Shout to Kevin, from the Club Lounge, he was all smiles, and you feel like he's just happy to be there, checking us in. He never fails to come by, say hi, and ask how we are whenever we see each other. Also, shout to SA and Soi and all the lovely ladies at the Pinto Restaurant! All smiles as well and happy to serve and recommend whatever they have special on the menu. That mango was the bomb!!! They even gave us a card when we said it was our last day at the resort. Such a pleasure to meet these kind of people who loves what they do! Beyond the stunning views and world-class amenities, what defines InterContinental Phuket is its commitment to excellence and genuine hospitality, which shows in every corner of the property and all the wonderful people who work on it. Will definitely stay again!

This was our third stay at the InterContinental Phuket Resort with my wife, and it is always a pleasure to return. It is reassuring to see that very little has changed since our previous visit, while at the same time noticing a few thoughtful enhancements to some elements of the hotel. The food remains outstanding, from the beautiful presentation of the dishes to their excellent taste. What truly makes the experience special, however, is the staff. Every team member makes sure that guests feel welcomed, regardless of their role or the time of day. From the reception team to the waiters and waitresses at breakfast and in the hotel’s restaurants, everyone is attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. A special thank you to Ms Bee, who looked after us by the beach. Whether it was helping us order food, or advising us on the menu options, she was always extremely helpful and attentive. Her kindness and professionalism truly enhanced our stay. Thank you once again for another wonderful stay. We look forward to coming back again.
