We just had our very first experience at Marriott Phuket Beach Club, with our 6yo twins.
- Service: THE main point. Top Top level service at every level. Every team members from reception to conciergerie, every restaurants, to the Kids club, and even pool staff members! Staff members are all genuinely kind, polite, caring, professional and really perfectly trained and experienced.
Our main "team crush" was mrs.Oy from the Concierge team. She is one of the most genuine, experienced, kind, caring and professional hotel member I'd ever met. Kids loved her, she was extremly knowledgeable about every tours, packages, understood our needs and priorities instantly and helped us book the great Elephant sanctuary tour and the Carnaval show. We highly suggest to ask Conciergerie team for anything tours, bookings related, they are extremly knowledgeable, have a lot of established network contacts, and are genuinely happy to help. I personally didnt really see the point of having the TUI tour desk inside the hotel, they were also obviously less warm and welcoming than the hotel team, so we didnt even bother asking any information.
- Food: F&B is a very important part for us. Breakfast was amazing, large selection, only fresh ingredients, freshly baked and cooked dishes, make your own juice station, we were excited to go to breakfast every morning. We tried every restaurant outlets, food was excellent everywhere, excellent service, great wine, great dessert, great view.
- Location: 20min from the airport, quiet Mai Khao beach
- Atmosphere: peaceful, relaxing, and same time a lot of activities for everyone. A 3large mix of customers. From retired couples to families with kids of every age, from all different nationalities, we felt very comfortable.
- Room: we were in a family appartment with 2 BR. It could feel slightly outdated (compared to brand new hotels obviously, shower, taps), but we didn't have any issue. Room was very clean, mattresses very comfortable.
We can't wait to book our next trip back to this hotel!
