We absolutely loved this hotel, the grounds and rooms are stunning. The main pool is absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough for us on the All Inclusive Menu to eat during the 2 weeks we were there. We especially loved the Thai food that was on offer, especially the Pad Krapao. It was our favourite. The breakfast buffet was great too with such a lot of choice including curries, noodles, meat, fish or the usual eggs, ham, cheese, pastries. There was so much to enjoy. My only slight criticism would be that it would be good if more cocktails were available on the the AI, but that's just a tiny matter.
The in house band are so good, they can play most things and even take requests on one of the evenings. The fire show is fab aswell.
We also loved looking out for the wildlife each morning at the lagoon, you will see so many different birds and monitor lizards too.
We had a split level swim up suite. Our room got sun until about 2pm so it was the perfect spot to cool off after a trip. You can also pay extra for a floating breakfast, afternoon tea or Japanese lunch. The breakfast was so beautifully presented and was a real highlight. The room was cleaned to a high standard and you receive local snacks on arrival too! The bathroom is huge!
There is a supermarket and restaurant/bar next door - The Family Bar and that's brilliant if you want something different or a different type of cocktail. The beach is only about a 10 minute walk and there are a few more bars and restaurants there too.
The hotel also operates a free shuttle to Bang Niang market and Khao Lak, we used it twice. I loved that market and it was so handy to be picked up and dropped off, although there are plenty of tuk tuks around if you fancy staying later as the last shuttle is 9.30pm.
The staff are what really make this hotel. Just the loveliest people who made each day that bit better. Shout out to Boot, Biwty & Man at the pool bar who served us every day, you really put a smile on our faces.
There is the amazing Sathang and Wan (sorry if I didn't spell your name right) in the Maluka Bar and Tin Terrace for evening meal -our glass was never empty and service was amazing too. Also Korn, Ice and Aom at the Gin and Teppanyaki. We ate here and paid extra for the Teppanyaki experience - you have to do it, the Wagyu was spectacular. They even made us a sweet noodle treat to try with our drinks, it ws so tasty.
There was also Emilie on reception, Not, JJ, Wit, Biwty, Fern, Baifern, Ohm, Kwan, Ball and Oilly. You were all brilliant. I wish I could have got more names because you are all amazing and deserve the recognition.
We have been so sad since we got home so we already had to rebook for December 2026. I hope to see you all again then and thank you again for making our holiday extra special.
If you're on the fence about this hotel, don't hesitate to book!
