“Beautiful Resort in Southern Thailand”

Recently stayed for a week at this lovely Marriott resort after a long and grueling 4 month business trip overseas. Wanted a place to relax and sit by the pool and not go anywhere. The Khao Lake Marriott delivered. We were greeted at check in by Leila, the Guest Experience Manager, who explained all of the amenities at the resort. Check in was completed by Pia, the Front Office Manager. We ran into Pia several times during our stay and she always made a point to come and greet us. Breakfast at the buffet was made special every day as Tanya was there to assist with whatever we needed. Her attention to detail and willingness to make every guest feel special was very heart warming. Our room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants on property and especially liked the steakhouse. We very much enjoyed the stay. Thank you to all of the Marriott team for your hospitality.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Amazing Food”

I had such a wonderful experience at the Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa and wanted to especially recognize Lekky and Kookik, two absolutely amazing waitresses who took exceptional care of me. I had a very pleasant dinner, and when I came back for lunch the following day, they once again made the experience special. I was traveling by myself, and they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They kept me company, made sure I had everything I needed, and genuinely made me feel at home. Their service and hospitality were outstanding. The food was also excellent. I ordered the grilled octopus, and it was honestly one of the best grilled octopus dishes I have ever had in my life — perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Everything was just perfect: the food, atmosphere, hospitality, and especially the service. Lekky and Kookik are a great example of genuine Thai hospitality and a real asset to the Marriott team. Thank you both for making my dinner and lunch so memorable. Highly recommended!
