Half Board Plus/Full Board Plus options: Half Board Plus includes breakfast and à la carte set menu dinner at The Garden or Veranda Beachside Restaurant or themed buffet evenings. Full Board Plus also includes lunch from à la carte set menu at The Garden or Veranda. Both includes one drink per person per meal (choose from house wines, local beers, juices, soft drinks and drinking water).

All Inclusive option (available May-Oct) includes: buffet breakfast, set menu à la carte lunch from Tropical Forest Restaurant or Veranda and set menu à la carte dinner at set outlets (these may change depending on day) and themed buffets three times a week on the Beach Lawn. “Food a let down”

Nice hotel in nice grounds but the food is a definite let down. We have not had a hot meal since we have stayed. , and have not eaten outside of the hotel. Everything is luke warm or cold. We have had sickness and diarrhea so this really does need addressing at this hotel.

My honest review. My wife and i have travelled all over world . So going be completely honest about this hotel to me this is one of the worst hotels i've ever been to everybody said how good it is, and how they rebooked really do not understand why so here goes. Food Food is tasty but getting a warm meal is really hard.Nearly every meal I had was either cold or lukewarm.I was serve mouldi bread with one of my meals. There is only 2 restaurant . I have been very ill on this holiday with stickess and diarrhea and only eat at resort Drinks realty, There really only 2 bar beach bar and pool bar that does not open until 11am so if get beach early can not get drink untill 11am . If it rains and it does there really not anywhere to sit and have drink especially if u smoke . Plus when it rain no parth to bar so get very muddy Sea The sea can be very choppy so.swimming is not great and is no snorkeling at all . Entertainment There really isn't much entertainment on. There is a singer every night which are very hit-and-miss. They do do buffet nights where there are dancers of fire shows which are really good. Room Rooms are lovely than really big kept really clean. But can be a bit dark. Lots of windows in bathroom Place We booked here thinking it would be abundance of wildlife. There isn't much wildlife. We wander around this place every day. Looking for what wildlife is could we are very much into wildlife? And this one of the main reasons we've booked this hotel but there is not much around, to be honest, there isn't much to do in the hotel. I have been very bored. The night wildlife work was great .Especially when rain and its rains a lot .Did a bird watching tour where I had to tell the lady doing the tour what the birds were. Don't get me wrong. The resort is beautiful and the rainforest is wonderful. The staff are really helpful Merlin is out the way and the few restaurants there here But if you're saying all inclusive, you're going to be bored out your mind. As there is not much to do . Less u like just sitting by a pool or beach . Its is a very quite resort. Would i return no way not at all . The only plus side of hotel is staff very friendly.

From the head and not the heart. Our room is spacious and newly refurbished. A very nice space. The gardens are lovely and generally well maintained. There are areas that are tired and in need of updating. Some areas are grubby and would benefit from a deep clean. A big frustration is the WiFi. In today’s world guests need good reliable WiFi for a variety of reasons. Sadly lacking here. The staff are friendly and efficient and of provide good service.
