Absolutely delighted with the peaceful stay and incredible service! “We stayed at the Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort as a family and were absolutely delighted! If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and very comfortable holiday, this hotel is the perfect choice. Our room was large and spacious, with more than enough room for the whole family. The cleanliness deserves a special mention: housekeeping was done daily and to a very high standard, making it always a pleasure to return to the room after the beach. The food at the hotel was also wonderful—the cuisine is diverse, and you can always find dishes to suit every taste. The hotel grounds are stunning—very green, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by real tropics. The atmosphere is completely relaxing and peaceful. We would especially like to mention the staff's attitude towards children. Everyone was incredibly helpful, but what won us over the most was the massive amount of attention and genuine love the staff showed to our daughter! A huge thank you for the care, warmth, and flawless service, especially to Pim and Aziza. They made our family holiday even more cozy and unforgettable. We will definitely come back here again and will recommend this hotel to all our friends!”
