“Best Relaxing Holiday!!!”

Beyond Five Stars – An Absolutely Unforgettable Holiday! Our stay at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach was truly exceptional and one of the most wonderful holidays we have enjoyed in years! The customer service throughout the resort was absolutely outstanding, particularly the housekeeping team. Our room was always immaculate, beautifully presented and stocked with complimentary bottled water, with lovely extras including bathrobes, slippers and a beach bag. The attention to detail was simply faultless, including cute towel figures on our bed. The dining experiences were spectacular! The Thai restaurant was our absolute favourite, offering sensational authentic flavours, exceptional service and beautiful traditional Thai dancing in the evenings. Merchant Kitchen provided magnificent buffet breakfasts and dinners, along with delicious à la carte lunches. The beachfront grill, Japanese restaurant, two ice cream shops and charming beach bar offered something for everyone. The three swimming pools were simply paradise! My favourite was the middle pool with its swim-up bar, where I happily spent hours relaxing in the sunshine, swimming and enjoying delicious piña coladas and cocktails. Families are exceptionally well catered for, with fantastic children's facilities, a kids' club and a dedicated pool featuring baby and toddler areas and exciting waterslides. The beautiful spa offers wonderful massages, while the convenient shuttle service into Patong makes sightseeing and shopping easy. What truly sets this resort apart is its extraordinary staff. Their genuine warmth, beautiful smiles, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel incredibly welcome and valued throughout our stay. Marriott Merlin Beach delivers a level of hospitality that exceeds five-star expectations. We left feeling completely relaxed, thoroughly spoilt and already have already booked our return trip in 2027! 5 stars! 🌴☀️🍹

We’re back at Marriott Merlin for the third time, and once again, we absolutely love it! Everything is delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful, and everyone is so kind and welcoming. A special mention to Aek, who always makes our girls laugh with his wonderful smile, warm personality, and friendly attitude. This year, our daughter saw him and immediately remembered him from last year! That says so much about the special impression he leaves on our family. Thank you for making every stay so enjoyable and memorable. We can’t wait to come back again! ❤️

We had dinner at Chang Thai tonight. Not only did we have exceptionally tasting Thai food, we also had exceptional service by Jib. Her customer service & friendliness are amazing! She chats with her customers, makes them feel welcome and like family. Our waitresses and food servers Bew, Pim & Lisa were also so kind, friendly and thoughtful. We will be coming back for the food and above all to experience their service and see all 4 of them again!
