Having stayed at RIU resorts for some 30 years, RIU Palace Phuket, is an exceptional new resort. From the Assistant General Manager (who was fantastic), and to all his staff, RIU was excellent. “No Thai food”

In the hotel now. Yes it’s really nice. Lovely staff and rooms. Food really disappointing can’t believe no Thai food in the main restaurant was told not doing it till the hotel is fully occupied.??
