“Loved our stay”

We loved this hotel. This was our third hotel on our trip and ended up staying here a little longer than the original 5 nights due to our flights being cancelled. The hotel were great at accommodating this at short notice, albeit it prices seemed to have been increased to benefit them from the situation. We would have stayed here longer but had to move after 8 nights as the prices kept rising. The hotel itself was perfectly placed. We loved the beach location, loads of good quality restaurants along the beach. Plenty of actives to do. The entertainment could have been better. The rooms were spacious and cleaned to high standards. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

We chose this hotel to stay in for a 2 week holiday for our first time to Thailand Great hotel , on arrival we were told we had a room upgrade to a pool room which was a lovely gesture. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable we found plenty of storage, very clean too . The hotel complex is very well maintained and plenty of staff around. It’s right on the beach, nice to walk up the beach where there’s plenty of beach bars and restaurants. Breakfast was nice , we just had omelette’s fruit, yogurt and pastries. We don’t have young kids but the kids club looked fun and the show of a night was okay , nice to sit with a sea view to have a drink. Plenty of sun beds and four pools . Even convinced my husband to have a massage which was great ( we went back for a second) The wildlife is great especially the birds listen for the Asian Koel ( you’ll miss it when you go home) we even seen a green tree snake on the tree right next to our room and lots of Gecko’s at the front of the hotel Location is good right on the beach, restaurants and shops just over the road and plenty of Tuk Tuks to take you up to the main bars and restaurants ( can recommend Ember delicious Tomahawk steak) Lots of activities to enjoy, elephant sanctuary, temples, big Buddha , Naka night market is a must ,we even done a 2 night stay at Phi Phi island and swam with sharks AMAZING use the hotel taxi service they’re great we hired Andy for a couple of trips ,fascinating stories to tell you and very informative about Thailand and it’s culture ( he’s a great asset to the hotel) All the staff are very friendly hardworking and helpful and make your stay easy Thanks for a great holiday Would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return if coming to Phuket again ( but got to try Krabi for our next Thailand adventure)
