We had a great 3 nights at this lovely resort. Our room was lovely, there were a few little things that could have been cleaner, such as coffee runs on the bedside tables and the shower grout but the view helped us get forget about these minor issues. The golf cart drivers were always so happy & kind. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the trip ended on a sour note, l left a new $250 sundress in the wardrobe. (I know, it was my error) I notified the staff 12 hours or so after departure only to be told it couldn’t be located. I struggle to understand how a dress can just go missing and wasn’t sent to lost & found. In a hotel of this calibre, l expected they would have strict procedures in place for this kind of situation. The location and views are sensational, restaurants were enjoyable, rose after dinner was a beautiful touch however the “missing dress” has left me disappointed. I hope the new owner is enjoying it!
