My stay was very disappointing. The only good things were the view, the room, and the pool. Room service was poor, food was bad, and service overall was very slow. The golf cart rings the bell and leaves without waiting even a minute. The location is also very far — at least 30 minutes from everything. Worst of all, my luggage was broken while leaving for the airport, and the hotel refused to admit it, apologize, or compensate me. I was even delayed for my flight because no one was available to help, and the only staff there said, “I’m just an employee, I can’t do anything.”
