Our stay in Key Largo across Three Waters Resort & Marina, La Siesta Resort & Villas, and Amara Cay Resort was truly unforgettable—each property had its own unique vibe, but what really made the experience exceptional was the people.
At La Siesta, General Manager Sean sets the tone for an incredibly welcoming and well-run property. You can tell there’s strong leadership behind the scenes, and it shows in every detail. But a very special recognition has to go to Alexis Alba, the Complex Manager, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. Alexis was not only professional and attentive, but the kind of manager who genuinely cares about every guest experience. He made us feel valued from the moment we arrived, always checking in, making sure everything was perfect, and handling everything with such kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone so passionate, hands-on, and dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests. His level of hospitality honestly stood out and made a huge impact on our trip.
Over at Three Waters, the energy at the pools was everything you want on a Keys getaway—fun, relaxed, and beautifully maintained. Huge shoutout to Nevena and Channing, who made the poolside experience feel elevated and personal. They were attentive, friendly, and added such a great vibe to our days there. Also, Tanya from Watersports and the pool team was amazing—super helpful, kind, and made everything seamless while we enjoyed the water activities.
At Amara Cay, the service continued to impress. Damian, our server, was outstanding—attentive, personable, and made every meal feel like a five-star experience. Molly was also wonderful and added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the property.
And a special thank you to Albert, the shuttle driver, who made getting between the properties effortless and enjoyable. Always on time, friendly, and just another example of how great the team is across the entire collection.
From start to finish, this trip felt like a true escape. Beautiful properties, amazing amenities, and most importantly, a team that genuinely cares about their guests. We will absolutely be back!
