Love it! Very clean and comfortable. Relaxing vibe. Gabe at the front desk was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Will definitely be back.

We chose this because of location and the affordability of the hotel for the keys (and because of the IHG chain). It is an older property, but it has had some minor updates in room renovations. Nothing spectacular. The room was pretty spacious (king with marina view), but the bathroom was the tiniest I have ever experienced. More than two people in the room (using the pull out sofa) would have been difficult. The staff at the front desk were not very pleasant, but the restaurant and pool area staff were nice. The restaurant breakfast buffet was an overpriced IHG breakfast, with some additional offerings. The pool area was decent, and had 2 pools to choose from. There was a tiki bar in between them, but it was tough to figure out the hours they were open. If you are an IHG rewards member, choose the points rather than the drink coupons - you may not get to use them. We liked the outdoor spaces, which were nice to see the boats coming and going. It gets busy with the tours staging on the property and using the facilities.

We spent four nights here o in a room with a balcony overlooking the canal. It’s a great location. Nice walk along the canal and within easy distance to many restaurants and activities. There is NOT an elevator, which was okay for us, but is something to be aware of. The indoor restaurant was delicious at breakfast. We ended up just getting the $15 buffet because it was just as cost effective and the food was good. Antoine was a great waiter and told us about drinking coffee growing up in Haiti. The outdoor Tiki Bar was delicious as well. The bartender seemed to be having a bad day, but was still ok. The pool was a nice reprieve. There are two pools and a hot tub. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They clean the rooms daily, but restocking towels, coffee, etc is not consistent. It’s obviously an older hotel, but still very nice. We would stay again.
