Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Lovely to walk round dock. Pool area and tikki bar are fantastic. Lovely food and very reasonable. Great bar man Mike- very friendly. Pools were a real surprise and very clean. Fantastic place to stay and highly recommend.

Holiday Inn Key Largo 4-29-25 We picked this place as we booked a ride on The African Queen boat online. You will have access to onsite scuba, snorkeling, African Queen boat ride and Bogie’s restaurant. We rolled in on a Tuesday about 10am. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were ready and once inside they were very clean, and everything worked and was easy to use. A couple things I thought could be improved there was no workstation desk for laptops and such in our room. Also, between the bathroom door and toilet was a ¼ inch clearance so once inside the bathroom you had to step into the shower to shut the door or open it, kind of weird. Other than that, this room was very functional, and I loved the 2-rocking chairs out on the front patio overlooking the pool. Both pools were immaculate as was the hot tub. The surrounding grounds was beautifully kept, and it made you want to be outside. The bar near the pools was a nice touch and very cool as was the large patio area at the rear of the lobby area. The parking lot was large and near most of the rooms. At no time did we not feel safe going to and from our car. I am so glad we stayed here and would not hesitate to stay here in the future. I would have given this Hotel 5 stars but for the two items I mentioned I took a star off so I give this Hotel 4 out of 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Follow me on FB for more reviews. Gulf Coast Terry Read less

We love this hotel. We were in room 252. We had a problem with it cooling the not cooling throughout the night. Usually, the a/c is awesome. We love this hotel. We were in room 252. We had a problem with it cooling the not cooling throughout the night. Usually, the a/c is awesome. It's noisy but totally worth it because you can control how low you want it. This one was stuck on 66, which would have been fine if it continued to cool. The bathroom was very clean but very dated and beat up... Please management make it match the beautifully updated room. We always stay in the marina view rooms and they are gorgeous. This hotel fits all our needs. It was expensive but cheap compared to other hotels. We are doers so a fancy room isn't a thing for us. We just want updated clean functional rooms with a nice balcony view to relax on for a few minutes at the end of the day and in the morning. We watch the sunrise from there. When the manatees are in the canal, it's even better. The staff is always pleasant. The pools are clean and nice. We think they have the nicest pools on the canal. This hotel is a convenient walk to the next-door restaurant, Skippers. Besides the small issues mentioned, this hotel is a diamond in the rough. For those that don't plan on spending tons of time in the room, this room is beautiful and relaxing. We'll be back for sure. Just praying the bathrooms are updated soon and all the a/c units have been serviced. Read less

Stayed here for 3 nights - our base for our travel in the Keys. Paid for the room that has a patio facing the marina - it was worth it. 2 pools and the tiki hut bar were very nice and all of the employees we encountered were extremely nice. A great stay for our trip to Key Largo!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Key Largo. We had a poolside room with 2 queen beds. The room was great, the shower area of the bathroom does need some updating, but it was clean and that is really all I care about. The staff were great! We weren't expecting it, but we received housekeeping service everyday, which was very nice. The pool area is amazing. We spent most of our days sitting by the pool playing cards and just relaxing. The only complaint I have about pool is that you were not allowed to bring in your own drink, you had to purchase at the Tiki bar. The hotel is in a great area and walking distance to several restaurants. The Marina area was fun to stroll along. One of the best parts was access to Pickleball courts! We brought our own paddles and balls, but the front desk does have ones you can use. It was nice to get up in the morning and play a couple games before it got too hot. This Holiday Inn is a choice great for the price! Read less
