Loved our trip and stay at the Hyatt. This was our first time to Key West and it was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was amazing. The landscaping at the hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and well stocked. The location was the best!

Room comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The whole property had great views and places to relax. The four flamingos restaurant had fantastic food and and was an amazing place to see the sunset. Anna in the four flamingos and Julian at the front desk were top notch ; all the staff were great. I am a Hyatt discoverist member and this property made me want to try more Hyatt locations. My husband and I were knit interested in partying - we came to key west because we had a sea plane tour to the dry tortugas. Hyatt centric made me want to stay for longer ! Read less

EVERYTHING about our stay there was amazing - the delicious food, the friendly service, the refreshing pool, the stunning view, the fabulous location (walking distance to everything fun), the amenities, the rejuvenating spa, the recommendations for excursions. This was our first trip to Key West and we honestly didn't know where to stay. Needless to say, by choosing to stay at the Hyatt Centric, we hit the jackpot. We will definitely stay there again if we make the trek back. Read less
