Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the shower! The customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants and Duvall Street. Nice outdoor dining area and bar. We had a wonderful experience here and will definitely return!

Super disappointed. I usually pick the Hyatt to stay because it’s known for upper class and higher level rooms and service. This hotel was a huge disappointment. 3 nights stayed, over 1k paid and the rooms were a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Broken tiles everywhere, the bathroom shower was pretty gross, Rust where you lay your head by the bed lamp lamps, which is weird because there should’ve been a headboard there, but it was just a lamp. The front door didn’t even seal to the outside so you could literally see underneath the door. Water stained and rotting away Cabinets where the refrigerator is, and underneath the bed where it should be, the footboard was completely disgusting.
Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

The bathroom was great! The room needs to be updated. No headboard and very rusty. The air conditioner blows right on you and needs to be moved.

Loved our trip and stay at the Hyatt. This was our first time to Key West and it was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was amazing. The landscaping at the hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and well stocked. The location was the best!
