Nice hotel to enjoy sun, pool, nature, sunset and food with the family. Really enjoyed the bike ride through the seven old bridge and pigeon island sharing a nice time with the family. And hotel is equidistant to the other keys, to take a drive.

The staff is amazing, the room is spacious with super cold AC and the resort has three separate pools to chill. Yusneiby from house keeping was super friendly making sure we had plenty of room coffee and fresh towels!

The people next room over had two dogs that wouldn’t stop barking. The front desk absolutely wouldn’t answer my calls. Another guest called the front desk and the lady told us we weren’t “allowed” to call the police. We had a 5am wake up due to a fishing charter and got no sleep. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I generally liked my stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and modern. The resort itself is very pretty and relaxing. The front desk staff was very kind and the hotel smells very good. The air in our room unfortunately didn’t work well, but it worked in the other room we had at least. I liked the property overall. However, the breakfast is extremely slow and not great. It was not even very crowded and it would take a long time to be seated and get food, which was very frustrating. I don’t know if they had short staff due to a holiday weekend, but we also noticed the water coolers were rarely refilled and there were barely any towels, which are both basic amenities I would expect and relatively easy items to have. I hope the hotel was short-staffed for the weekend and this is not a regular occurrence. Read less
