“Nice room, not really a resort though. More like a hotel on the water with free bikes.”

We used our points to stay here under the impression that the spa package was included as well as kayaks and other activities. Unfortunately they said that the spa is closed indefinitely and all they off for activities now are bikes you can borrow.

“Lacking in Customer Service and Security”

Location was good but hotel lacked customer service and security. Rooms are located in a building at roadside with no one in the lobby, no card key required to access the building or the floors where the rooms are located. Anyone can walk off the street and enter this building or the pool area without anyone noticing. The garbage at the main entrance to this building was overflowing. I put a request in upon my arrival that two lights in my room were not working, the deadbolt did not work, and the refrigerator was missing a shelf. This was not taken care of even after I called twice. Housekeeping only changed the towels and made the bed, they did not refresh the coffee bar or dust and clean thoroughly in the bathroom. All communication was done via text. No one called me personally. Keep in mind there's a $20 parking fee and a $35 resort be per day.

Ferot did a great job! He went above and beyond. Food was delicious and service was kind. Rooms are relaxing and soaps smell amazing!!
