Outstanding experience at The Shores. The staff was awesome, every single person that works at The Shores was a pleasure to talk to. The recognition of veterans and educators with an additional discount is a testament to the hotel’s appreciation for service and dedication, which was evident in their own employees as well.

“Conference but had to pay resort fees we couldn't use. The door to the bathroom was delamination and the paint flaking”

We attended a conference and paid the conference rate and learned that we were charged for resort fees for amenities we couldn't use. Moisture caused the bottom of the bottom of the bathroom door to delaminate and the white paint was peeling.

The Shores Resort was such a relaxing resort, even when lots of work had to be done. We enjoyed ourselves to the max. I have food allergies and they went with it and did the best for me so I won't have a problem. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. At night there were S'mores by the fire with music playing. It was such a great experience, and was our second trip there. It won't break the bank either. Try it, you will not be sorry, and it is kids friendly.
