Good location, good food, excellent customer service! Every staff member we’ve come in contact with at the AC has been courteous and warm; however Anitra was the icing on the cake. From point of contact at check-in she displayed a professional, informative, and welcoming attitude. We had a couple of hiccups upon arrival and she immediately corrected the issues as well as compensated us without hesitation. Just the interactions with her is enough to make us return. The location of the hotel is center to many eateries and shops and the bars/food in the hotel are worth experiencing. Read less

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had as last minute break to relax after dropping my daughter off at college turned into 36 hours of truly awful service. Arriving late after a long delayed flight I enter the room and notice a slippery substance on the floor. Carefully stepping to the side into the bathroom I slide and thankfully land on my soft bag. The entire entry and bathroom is covered in an oily substance (lotion? sunscreen?). Switching rooms I wake up late and decide I don’t have the energy to pack up and move to a hotel in Miami as I had intended. After going down to the front desk to book a 2nd night, I return to my room to sleep placing the ‘privacy please’ tag on my door. Over the next hour they knocked on my door and actually entered the room on 3 separate occasions while I tried to rest in bed. The final time I actually had to get up and argue with the supervisor? to convince them that I was supposed to stay in the room. Zero communication between the front desk and the service staff Unable to rest I spend the day out with a friend. Returning to the hotel at 11pm hoping for a solid night of sleep before my morning flight I am unable to enter my room as the safety lock prevents me from opening the door. Standing in the hallway during 3 calls unanswered calls (over 15min) to the front desk, I finally reach someone who sends engineering to the room. He pulls out a tool and after some struggle he manages to open the door. While I stand in the room wanting just wanting to sleep he begins to lecture me on the need to not slam door when exiting due to some known vacuum issue? The doors are self-closing, why would I slam the door? Then he tells me there was a lose screw that he fixed. Was it the screw or my supposed slamming of the door? Moreover why am I having to stand there and deal with this man at 11pm? 36 hours, 3 truly awful incidents. Not a good look… Read less

I love this hotel and I especially enjoyed the services at Radiant 166 restaurant. The services here is everlasting. Randa's jovial personality and Al Abreu's expresso martini's are to die for! Thank you both for your exceptional services......I will definitely make this my hotel of choice.

Arrived at hotel at 1pm expecting to store luggage and walk around until 4, but the front desk was able to get us in our room right away - which was a great bonus after an early morning flight! Hotel is clean and airy, linens are soft and bright. The shower has a rain head and standard. Balcony is on small side but perfect for a cup of coffee or glass of wine before going out. Walkable to a ton of restaurants, nicely situated off the main road keeping it on the quiet side. The new building next to it is really nice, although I believe it took some of the ocean view from AC. The lavender sachets for under the pillow at night are adorable! And the price is amazing - low cost, high value!!! 10/10, will definitely stay again! Read less
