“**Hidden Gem in Fort Lauderdale with Exceptional Service**”

I had such a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale and felt like I stumbled upon a true hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, the valet staff set the tone for the entire experience, they were incredibly fast, attentive, and genuinely kind. They opened doors, greeted me warmly, and made me feel welcome right away. It’s those little touches that really elevate a stay, and they absolutely delivered. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were sleek and comfortable, with a minimalist style that still felt cozy and relaxing. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, the spacious shower, and how quiet everything was, it made it easy to unwind after a long day. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop area, which offered beautiful views and a great atmosphere to relax. The location is also a big plus, close enough to the beach and local spots but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and not overcrowded. Overall, everything about this hotel, from the friendly valet team to the stylish rooms and relaxing vibe—made my stay memorable. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale!

“Hard to Find a Better Place”

Great Hotel by every measure. The Staff are so professional and caring. The answer is, "YES!" to every request. Nothing is a problem for them. The rooms are huge and spotless, and quiet, even though you are in the middle of everything. Our room had a massive terrace/balcony perfect for lounging overlooking the sea. And the breakfast buffet was classic European with at least 100 options that you might find the the best European hotels. I have found my hotel in Ft Lauderdale from now on.

“Possible BLOOD in room—-Terrible GM Response”

Reported what appeared to be several spots of BLOOD on the sheets. Lack of urgency from management. Shocked and appalled by smug arrogance of GM and Sales Manager made us question other sanitary/safety protocols at hotel. GM’s flaccid offer of $100 credit and waived cancellation fees if we left were underwhelming and offensive. Rude and argumentative team—-seemed more concerned about other guests hearing about the possible biohazard than having housekeeping remove the item and investigate. Left after only 12 hours. Will never return. Terrible reflection of Marriot. First negative review ever written—-possible BLOOD in the room is DISGUSTING and management made an uncomfortable situation worse.
