From the moment we arrived, the experience at the Hilton was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I want to give a special thank you to Gina and Miguel — their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Gina greeted us with warmth and made us feel instantly welcomed, while Miguel was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always with a smile and a willingness to assist. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and they made all the difference. Can’t wait to return!

Jada provided excellent service at the pool bar. She was as available with a smile. She is truly an asset to Hilton.
The pool is really fun - on the 6th floor so it’s a great view of the beach.
There are several terrific restaurants at the hotel. We enjoyed Sun Sand sea quite a bit both dining and at the bar.

The hotel was great. Sean and Kevan at the front desk were wonderful. Being Diamond members we ppreciated the fact that we got upgraded to a suite. The staff was great. Nixon in Guest Services went above and beyond. Irie Mon. The Happy Hour in Surf Sand & Sun is not to be missed.

Stayed one night after cruise - family of 5. Junior suite was spacious, pool area was enjoyable (although lacked afternoon sun). Kids club was a good bonus / surprise. Nice location on the beach Would recommend for a short stay. Did not eat on property.
