Okay stay but Nixon made the stay comfortable

The rooms were decent but shower water not hot. Staff was most helpful and accommodating. Big thank you to Nixon who demonstrated true hospitality.

Awesome experience! It started with the great help of Nixon and Livigi. They were amazing our entire stay.
Let me not forget Chancy in concierge.
They all made our stay smooth and well worth returning. It was the type service that I had except from any Hilton.
The manger Sean was very helpful the best !

He is the type of man you want on your team. He is knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and accommodating. We had a question about a nearby breakfast restaurant and looked for someone to help us (location, recommendation), like a concierge. Well, there was no concierge on duty (called in sick), but Nixon was there. He was full of information to help us and although he had never been to the restaurant Hatch, he was willing to find out where it was and how to get there. Upon our return, Nixon was at the entrance again, remembered our names and asked how our visit was. Nixon impressed me as the type of employee who takes great pride in his work, loves to serve the people he encounters, is willing to help his co-workers, and represents the hotel well.

Nixon and Paul our Bellman were incredible. Truly made our stay “extra” special. Took their time to provide us with information about the hotel amenities and surrounding community. Very rare to have staff care as much as they did.
