The hotel was stunning, but Nunozz truly elevated our stay. He made sure our beach days were just as luxurious as the hotel’s interior. His presence made the resort experience seamless and special. Every 5-star review about this place is true!

Exceptional service from Nunozz! Every time we saw him coming, we knew we’d be taken care of. Whether it was drinks, fresh towels, or just checking in to make sure we were comfortable, he never missed a beat. Friendly, fast, and always professional. He definitely made our stay so much better.

Nunozz made our beach days unforgettable. He was always attentive, with a genuine smile and a great sense of timing. Drinks were always cold, and he remembered our favorite orders by day two! He went out of his way to make sure everyone felt special. Service like this truly makes a vacation memorable.

My wife and I are here presently at the property for a birthday celebration and have been here for 3 days so far. Everything is very nice and our stay is and has been great. I would say 7.8/10. BUT, Nuno Casanova makes it 10/10. Nuno is the BEST!!!
