When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready right away, which was a bit of a wait, but it was clear the hotel was fully booked. What really stood out was how well the staff handled it. They kept us informed with updates and were very transparent about the situation. To help speed things up, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which we really appreciated. We even received a text message letting us know when it was ready.
It ended up being a great start to the stay, and the rest of the experience was just as smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Had a good 3 nights stay at this hotel. Located on the active Las Olas Blvd in Ft Lauderdale and in walking distance to many eateries and a Publix supermarket. Staff welcoming and friendly, room comfortable with most amenities, only thing missing was a microwave. Night light in bathroom and a deliberate quiet a/c. All even number rooms had a white noise to cancel out the noise from the main street..and it worked!
Made reservation for their secretive dining room 901 and it was an experience. Our host was fun and entertaining.
It was a pricey stay with resort fee $25+ daily, mandatory valet parking $40+ daily, the internet was free. Enjoyed reasonable room rates because of days visited Sat-Tues. We enjoyed the place and would recommend and return.
A big shout out to Luis from valet. He was quick in getting our car on numerous occasions, opening doors, loading luggage and overall a very cordial chap.
