10/10 service from Alex at the bar. He made an incredible espresso martini for me in the afternoon that was only topped by the caramel macchiato he made for me in the morning. Friendly service and attention to detail. Eduardo also left a really positive impression with his can do attitude. I will be returning!

Great stop on the way to the Keys!! Alex was more than helpful, he seemed like family! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Great property, great staff. Most excellent quick stop or even extended stay hotel for business. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and the location was very convenient. We were near nice restaurants and just right beside the museum. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast at Hyatt Centric Las Olas was yummy! Miss Direen was very friendly! She made our experience even better.
