Very nice place, we would stay again. Great location in downtown Ft. Lauderdale right at the end of the Riverwalk, which we could see from our window. You could also catch water taxis there. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance and grab a gelato on the way back.

Ladarius is an example of the high quality of the security staff. I have limited mobility. Ladarius, aware of my situation, was very thoughtful and helpful. The desk staff is very professional. Renee,DeeDee and Elizabeth make sure that we are comfortable and that we have everything we need. The valet staff { includes bellmen } is efficient and very competent.

Our room key did not work and we had to go back to the lobby only to find that the clerk keyed in the wrong room. Housekeeping came in consistently at times. I needed to ask three times for two extra pillows. The food quality was great and the service at the boathouse was fantastic. It just seemed like the hotel staff didn’t have it together. The worst was after I checked out and looked at my receipt, I was charged for a bottle of water that I never used. Very frustrating.
