We needed somewhere not too far from the PGA Resort, for 1 night, as our sons are competing in a competition. It’s only a 15 min drive from there so worked out perfect. The gentleman who greeted us upon arrival is very efficient and was super quick with check in. I stay in hotels a lot and he’s up there with one of the best for being able to multi skill a line of guests, incoming phone calls and housekeeping, all whilst making sure every guest felt welcome and important. We opted for a suite as we were only staying 1 night. It was perfect for our needs. I think if we were staying longer I would have opted for 2 rooms for a bit more space. I have nothing negative to stay about our stay: - Room immaculately clean - nice patio area to sit outside - Walk out of room with immediate access to the pool. - Hotel smells amazing - The sofa bed in the lounge was surprisingly comfortable. - Bonus…a fridge in a room that is cold!! - Microwave also a bonus. - TV had lots of watchable channels (unlike other hotels that seem to only supply BBC world news and National Geographic!) We will definitely recommend and would stay here again. Read less

This was my second stay at this Courtyard due to its convenience to my parent's home and the pool. The pool is within the Courtyard itself, and is therefore somewhat protected from the noise of Rt 95. It is long enough to swim laps, at about 2/3 the number of strokes of a normal pool. The room itself was very quiet, though the decor was dated. The sofa was firm and very comfortable and made a good place to watch some TV. The cafe downstairs was well stocked. Overall the vibe was pleasant with a welcoming lobby and some people (quietly) socializing after work in the courtyard. Read less

Upon our arrival, the grounds of the hotel were very well kept. The lobby was super quiet and welcoming. Check-in took 5 minutes and staff on duty was friendly and accommodating. I booked a King bed room, in which the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, and plentiful channels on the TV for entertainment. There were many stores and restaurants nearby for us to get a quick dinner without having to go far. The hotel is located 7 minutes from the port for easy access. I have no complaints and would definitely book this hotel again for our next cruise stay. Read less

The breakfast was included with our booking but we have had the bad surprise at checkout to have to pay for it as apparently expresso is not considered as a hot drink for them 😂 and the cherry on the cake: the gentleman whom graceful assisted us at check out on March 22nd at 8am and told us that he was not Mr. Marriott and was not responsible for the lack of clarity regarding breakfast 🤣 this person is a joke by himself and should seriously reconsider to work in the hospitality sector. He is definitely representing the brand at its worst level. Read less

My daughter and I have stayed at this property several times when we come to WPB to watch Astros Spring Training games. It’s convenient, clean, and comfortable. This visit I had an issue: the heat didn’t work in my room. (Yes, I needed heat in Florida!). Thirty minutes after I reported it to the front desk, Marlon, head of their Maintenance/Engineering Department, came to look at it. Fearing it was MY not understanding how to operate the thermostat, I was greatly relieved when he said the heating element was inoperable. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the HVAC unit and thermostat and the room was warming nicely! Marlon, and many other staff members, make the Courtyard West Palm Beach a great place to stay.
