From the concierge to the golf clinic to the tennis courts, every detail was exceptional. We truly had a magical experience at the PGA Resort. The service was thoughtful, the amenities were top-tier, and the overall atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. Can’t wait to return!

For sure, the ppl who work at this resort make it a great stay. Thank u to Ricard at the front desk and John (our bellman) for helping to make the check in process smooth. Melissa and Brittany at the coffee shop were an absolute JOY! They made my day each time I grabbed coffee. They were one of the best parts about the trip.

The hotel in general has gone downhill, in the communal areas carpets painting hardware etc all need an update. The pool rarely had lounge towels, I never understood that as the pool was never packed, the wait staff were not as attentive as previous visits, waiting and waiting for food and drinks, chasing several times. Staff at the pool paid no attention or care. Sickened me to pay service charges. The pool chairs, tables and general areas need a bit of a facelift really worn and in poor condition. Feels like they need a good clean. The birds are pests as guests leave food out and about which is annoying. 1 bartender isn’t enough making cocktails in the main bar area especially during the holiday period. Neither were 2. There are 4 sides to the bar they could could have done with at least 3 tenders. They seemed to be run ragged the staff going around like headless chickens. I would say management is poor in general. Don’t ask for a room on the lower floors they are dark and dreary. Aside from that the food drinks and rooms are great.
