Queen Queen Water View Room: Features views of the Intracoastal Waterway and downtown West Palm Beach, accommodating families or groups. 


Junior Suite: A spacious suite with a separate living area, ideal for families or small groups seeking extra comfort, accommodating up to 4 people.

Getting around from The Ben is easy and stylish. You’re in the heart of downtown, so most spots—like Clematis Street and Rosemary Square—are walkable. Hop on the free electric Circuit shuttle via the RideWPB app, or use the hotel’s complimentary house car for trips within 4 miles. Brightline and Tri-Rail stations are just a short walk away, and bikes are available if you’re up for a ride along the waterfront.

The Ben serves up great food and even better views with two standout dining spots. Spruzzo (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is the hotel’s rooftop restaurant and bar, known for its Mediterranean-inspired small plates, creative cocktails, and sweeping views over the Intracoastal and marina. Downstairs, Proper Grit (also serving all day) is a lively ground-floor gastropub dishing out elevated American favourites made with local ingredients. It’s also home to Byrdie’s, a spirited little coffee bar perfect for morning drinks and pastries on the go.

I love this hotel. It is a great location and beautiful inside. The staff is also excellent and Derrick at the front desk was so helpful and friendly.

The Ben is an incredible place to stay! Every employee I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made my visit even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Derrick at check-in—he was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The valet team was very nice especially Dylan, along with all the restaurant staff were nice, our waiter was Juan and did an exceptional job. The complimentary bikes were lots of fun too.
