Beautiful hotel and perfect location! Staff and service were exceptional. Our 1 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect! Nestled right in front of the college and 5 min from the famous road St George I believe …. All the shops , restaurants, ocean and tours. Amazing location. The decor is really pretty inside. Very rich in colors and brings a Spanish Moroccan vibe. Staff was friendly. Bar vibe super cool. Champagne at check in also super cool! The three stars are due to a few things. 1. The Rooms are very small and you CAN HEAR EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON OUTSIDE, around you all of it. I am an elite gold member ( not that I’m above anyone else) and they wouldn’t upgrade me to a higher floor. Stay away from floor 2! Same level as the pool and gym , even a meeting room so the noise was extra loud. So that was disappointing. My view felt like i was in a stateroom cabin below deck staring out at fake grass and the back of the pool. All 3x3 of it. 2. The pool. Service was nice, pool is also a box. They could absolutely have more space to make that a tad more bigger. But no biggie just a little feedback. 3. The spa! I’m an avid spa goer. I paid for a 80 min and got an hour. The masseuse was great. However, the NOISE WAS CONSTANT during treatment. No extra amenities offered FYI like spa or steam rooms. I would def go back if I had a different room and went off site for a massage. All in all lovely hotel.

“Anniversary Dream Celebration!”

We started visiting St. Augustine on our 46th wedding anniversary and just returned from our 49th celebration. We want to thank everyone at Casa Monica for making this celebration an annual dream. From the concierge, Charlyne, to Nardia who graciously checked us in with congratulatory compliments and the best treats ever, valets, and bell men, this entire staff is consistently awesome. This has become our wonderful experience every year in this 5-star paradise. This hotel, it's entire staff, and beautiful St. Augustine, Florida make this annual experience one to remember and look forward to the next. We will see you guys next year for our Golden Anniversary !
