The resort was really nice and clean. The employees are nice, attentive and professional. The complimentary breakfast at Jack’s was great, a lot of variety. The staff was awesome especially Mercy and Ronald. We had a fantastic dinner at Rae’s. The resort is great for families, there’s a lot of things to do for kids.

Came by boat for lunch. Been there before and no complaints. When we received the bill there was an 18% “service charge” added in addition to the tip. Thirty eight percent on top of the cost of the meal! Pay your employees more because I shouldn’t be expected to pay for your businesses expenses. This doesn’t help your employees, it only… Read more

Did a kayak tour with Ranger Rob! It was the best! Calm waters allowed us to paddle to many spots to see the wildlife and the coastal environment. Always a fantastic family vacation. The resort offers so many activities daily. Check the board every morning to see what your family can participate in. I highly recommend anything with Ranger Rob. He is amazing for the entire family! Your kids will love him. He goes above and beyond with teaching. My son comes every year with questions and Rob never bats an eye. He’s so patient and takes the time to explain things. Sign your kids up for the Junior Ranger program. Hands on learning fun and a craft too. Also take a family kayak tour with Rob. It will be the highlight of your vacation. You’ll talk about it for years to come. We saw Sharks, and learned so much from Rob. Again he is so knowledgeable! Make sure to sign up in advance because he does get booked up! Read less
