Ricardo the bartender was fantastic. If you are lucky enough to have him ask for the “Ricardo” and enjoy the experience. 10/10 would come back just for him.

I don’t know where to begin. I can’t recommend the Marco JW Marriott more. From the lovely women in Sirene who checked us in, and resolved a clerical error beyond what we ever expected, to Marilyn at the Sirene pool who not only engaged us in wonderful conversation but made sure we were comfortable and happy, and could never forget Sean, our attendant on the beach, such a friendly, cool guy who we looked forward to seeing each day. All staff members, restaurant, valet, housekeeping, just so kind. What a wonderful vacation. We will continue to plan trips here for years to come.
