The room didn’t have a wow factor. It was small. There is carpet in the bedroom area. I’d prefer hard surfaces. However, the lobby, and exterior of the property are very nice. It has a Shula’s Steakhouse onsite. The staff were very welcoming. I’m a diamond member and thought my room would be bigger as I’m usually upgraded to a suite.

Bathroom did not have a fan- got very hot after shower. Maid service good. Did not try the Don Shula Steakhouse this trip- but heard from others it was very good. Lobby bright and inviting. We haven’t stayed here for a few years and we’re happy we came back! They renovated since, one bedroom suite was roomy, nicely decorated and comfy. I love this hotel. It has everything you need and is elegant without being stuffy. Shpresa, the concierge is always thoughtful, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here many times and will continue to come back. Next time we will bring our dog...another bonus!
