The staff is very well trained and the facility is kept in great condition. They provide bicycles for use and a shuttle to the beaches. Shula's Steakhouse is always good, but a bit pricey. This hotel is definitely worth a stay if you are planning a trip to Naples.

This hotel is beautiful and clean! The staff is fantastic! Isabella Wilkinson the front desk supervisor was exceptional! She was professional and extremely helpful!! She made our stay wonderful! You will love this hotel and amenities they offer.

The gym was large and clean with a lot of options. Breakfast options reasonably priced and delicious. The pool area seems small in photos but had plenty of space for the families that were there. Hotel great location to beach and restaurants. Overall, we had a lovely time and were very impressed.

This beautiful hotel which exudes charm is a joy to stay at. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We booked for 5 nights and I happily stay for more. We have used the hotel bikes which has been fantastic. No Ubers required and we get fitter ❤️.
