The arrival and check-in process were fine. We booked through Costco, which included a $50 daily resort credit—totaling $150 for our 3-night stay. The arrival and check-in process were fine. We booked through Costco, which included a $50 daily resort credit—totaling $150 for our 3-night stay. We were told that $50 would expire each day if unused, and the final opportunity to use the credit would be before checkout. However, upon checking out, we were told that this wasn’t the case. At Checkout, Steve at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive when we asked to remove a breakfast buffet charge we believed was covered by our credit for the last day. He stated we do get the credit on the day we check out, even though we still have the room? We explained that we never would have spent $60 on the breakfast otherwise, especially considering it was not only underwhelming but honestly pretty bad. His response was, “How many more of you can I expect to come here and complain?” followed by, “You’re going to get me in trouble by doing this.” I calmly suggested he get a manager involved to help resolve the issue and avoid any issues for himself, but he claimed there wasn’t one on site. That’s not the guest’s problem. If the resort doesn’t staff properly, guests shouldn’t be made to feel guilty or responsible for internal shortcomings. In the end, he did remove the charge, but with an attitude. I thanked him, and he didn’t even look at me or acknowledge it. Left a bad taste in my mouth. We also traveled with another couple who booked a coastal view room, while we paid more for what was supposed to be a premium gulf view. Ironically, their view was better and less obstructed. Ours had a partial gulf view and a clear view of another hotel building. Had we known, we never would’ve paid extra for the “upgrade.” Other things to note: The beach is not onsite. It’s a ¾ mile walk. They offer a golf cart shuttle, but good luck catching one after sunset. It feels like waiting in line at a theme park. The beds were surprisingly uncomfortable for a resort at this price point. Walk in shower is SMALL. You would have more room in a tub/shower configuration. The breakfast buffet is $30 per person and absolutely not worth it. Small selection, powdered-tasting eggs, and pancakes that were thin and hard. You could drive two minutes down the road and get a significantly better meal for less. All in all, this stay fell short of expectations for the price. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Rhodes End big disappointment

May 19, 2025 Lori H

We had a great time except for lunch at Rhodes End. I was shocked to see the actual menu had only a few items. I was lured there by the false online menu. The menu may have been extremely limited due to some construction or repair problems. The only vegan options were lettuce, tomatoes and potato chips.

May 19, 2025 Miguel P North Miami, Florida

Warm, inviting hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms overlooking gardens. Pool, terrace, and courtyard made it feel like home—especially on our first Naples visit. Note: resort fees and credits sometimes misapply, so review your bill.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great option to enjoy a relaxed getaway at Naples

May 17, 2025 Ricardo C Buenos Aires, Argentina

Very nice property, perfect for relax and enjoy magnificent views of the sunset. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and very clean, and beds were comfortable too. Nice view of the coast of Naples. You can choose to stay at one of their two pools (one for adults only) or enjoy the beach (best option in the afternoon).

Checking in was a nightmare! We got downgraded to a room we didn't book (we booked a room with a double balcony). Asked to speak with a manager many times but never heard from them. We asked to be moved to another room because it was too far from the elevator, my husband has a knee problem WE were told no problem that we would get the same view, but didn't. We had to go and wait to original room for someone to get our bags and move us but they took forever so we waited in a super hot lobby on the 16th floor. We finally got a room on the same floor as the original with one balcony which we were ok with but for the same price! The rest of the stay was great but that experience put us on a bad place for the start of our vacation. Read less
