Excellent service very well run I felt right at home. I highly recommend this place. I stay at a lot of Marriotts and can instantly recognize if the staff that cares for the place. It’s in a nice location in Naples too, so it’s easy access to get to the places that you want to get to which also helps

Centrally located to just about everything in Naples. Front desk agent Lacy was very knowledgeable and polite during check in process even added my Bonvoy info to reservation. Suite was very clean and all amenities available. Did not use pool but it looked lovely from afar. Would definitely recommend for short and long stays.

Just got back from an week long stay. For the money, the place is fantastic. For about $240 a night, you get a room that'll comfortably sleep a family of four, and each kid can have their own room, assuming you use the pull out in the common room. The staff is lovely. We arrived well after midnight and they were waiting for us. The breakfast is hot and tasty (and free). The pool is clean and was rarely crowded. The only downside was the smell in our room. It smelled grubby, kind of like BO or a locker room. To their credit, the staff promptly cleaned the room, which was very nice. We kind of got used to the smell and just dealt with it. Again, this isn't the Ritz and it was a good deal. But for the smell, the hotel would have gotten five stars. Read less

Not a nice hotel. Our room was not very clean and had an unpleasant odor. The tub was stained, air conditioner was noisy, window blind cord was broken so could not be opened. Upon entering the hotel you were hit by a strong perfumed smell. If ever in Naples again, we would definitely not stay here.
