LOVE Sunseeker!!! Sheryl was so helpful in finding the perfect room for this particulate trip. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and sweet! I really appreciated also of her assistance. Zac was a big help too! Both Steve’s, John and Dan at the “Suites” Building are also wonderful! Kyle our pool waiter was great too!

Awesome place second time here since Allegiant sold to Hilton. Gotta say Vinny L at the adult pool very attentive, polite and has a great memory for reorders.

Pool was closed on 3/24 for belive it or not..a hilton employee convention. We found out by a notice on our door in am. This should have been disclosed at time of booking. They pushed everyone to adults only pool.Total chaos! Sunseeker mgt.put their front end people to handle the angry customers at the front desk. Not fair to them. Adult pool has a $25.00 min spend per person per day. Paying$350 per night and then get charged to use the adult pool?? 25.00 per day parking..45.00 resort fee Half Cracked bar and restaurant..food was below par..not good and expensive..service slow because of lack of staff.. Other restaurants on premises are closed certain days so options are limited. Resort is beautiful, clean etc. Disappointed in Hilton..future business trips and vacations won't be with Hilton brand.
