“Quick Family Getaway”

The resort was absolutely beautiful; so clean and new-looking, and my children, ages 3 and 6, did not want to leave the pool. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, specifically Karen the concierge. The gym was very clean with gorgeous water views, and had great group fitness classes- Joyce was a wonderful instructor, I would highly recommend taking her classes. We will definitely be back!

Pools are cold, bartenders are rude, staff complaining about being short staffed, watered down drinks, stadium bar is so cold you can’t sit in there. Overall terrible experience won’t be back

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunseeker Resort, and not just because it is an absolutely beautiful resort but because of some of the amazing staff there. We stayed in the three bedroom Sun suites in the Lotus building and it could not have been more wonderful! We were greeted by Steve Ballard in the valet area and the service we received was outstanding ! Steve was friendly, helpful and just amazing ! We also were greeted by Vincent Ludden who was equally friendly and helpful. They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On our check out day we were greeted by John Corcoran, just amazing service ! Sunseeker is a beautiful resort, luxury suites with amazing amenities and dining but in the Lotus building it was the people that made it so wonderful !!! 10 star service!!!
