“Loreleispa within Sunseeker Resort”

Visited Loreleispa located within the Sunseeker Resort... I booked a foot massage with Nyshonna, which was incredible!! So rejuvenating! Rhonda was my nail tech, and she was so sweet and professional and my nails looked beautiful. Tara was my esthetician (yes I totally spoiled myself and had four services!) and my facial was relaxing. Tara has a beautiful touch. I loved my time so much that I already rebooked all the same services for the end of the month. The Sunseeker resort has a great food court with yummy coffee and a variety of lunch options. On my spa day break, I had tacos in the food court area overlooking the water. Also ended the day at the rooftop pool. Its an oasis.

“Did not disappoint”

Our stay started at check in with the most pleasant front desk person ever. Her name was Cyntia. From check in to check out we were not disappointed. Had a great weekend and look forward to the next time.

“Terrible in room service”

Although a beautiful property, the in room service was horrible. Stayed three nights and never received a room clean or even a refresh. No made bed, no fresh towels, no trash emptied. This is despite going down in person, texting “concierge” and trying to communicate with staff on property. There were two of us in room, and the scratchy towels needed replacing on day two. When you pay, it’s nice to have a bed made. My expectations were not that high. But three nights and nothing until I finally received a trash bag with some towels in it when I opened my door after dinner. Also was not able to check into my room upon arrival until 5 pm despite a 3 pm check in time. Positives-dinner and service at the Italian Chophouse was very good and the rooftop pool and service was excellent. But I’d never recommend or return despite this sadly.
