Beautiful property and fantastic staff. Cynthia at the front desk was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The fireworks were AMAZING! The hotel put on an excellent show to celebrate our country’s 250 birthday. We were disappointed with our pool experience. Melissa our server was great, however the DJ was awful. It was July 4th and not one patriotic song was played the entire day, nor did he do anything to make it funa pool party experience. There was also no events for the kids. Example other high end properties we have stayed at, have kids crafts, ice cream party, and games kids can participate in. Families would greatly benefit from these activities especially since your pools have no slides, no splash pads, lazy rivers etc. Overall we had a lovely visit.
