“Staff needs basic customer service training”

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to Sunseekers Reflections Pool. What should have been a relaxing experience turned into a frustrating and unresolved situation. To start, I was charged twice for my bill. I immediately tried to resolve the issue by calling the front desk and even reached out to the pool manager multiple times throughout the day. Unfortunately, no one ever returned my calls, which is completely unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a high-end destination. On top of the billing issue, the day of the visit the customer service at the front desk was rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, staff seemed uninterested or providing any level of basic hospitality. The condition of the pool area itself was also disappointing. The chairs and cabanas were dirty, with visible mold, which made it uncomfortable to even sit and relax. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially in a setting like this. Overall, between the double charge, lack of communication, poor customer service, and unsanitary conditions, I would not recommend spending money on a day pass here. A lot of improvements are needed before I would consider returning.

“Gorgeous property but…”

The resort itself was gorgeous, and most of the staff were very pleasant. The valet was very nice and helpful. However, the check‑in experience was disappointing. The associate who assisted me was not fully transparent about the cost of my room upgrade. My room was prepaid, and she verbally quoted $200 per night. The paperwork I signed also reflected that amount. Despite this, my final bill totaled $499. I loved the property, but the lack of clarity around pricing left a negative impression.
