“Poor service and poor management of pools and bars”

The pools are the main attraction because there’s nothing else to do there but the pools are overcrowded and service is terrible. The first day we got there the rooftop pool was closed for weather but it stopped raining and the other pool was open but the door was still locked. There is not a sign or anything outside the pool door so it was really frustrating going back up to check every few hours and not knowing if it would open. On the second day it was so crowded we could barely find chairs, but the ones available were not under an umbrella. It is way too hot in Florida to expect people to sit directly in the sun like that, there should be shade available. All afternoon weather we went to bar to buy a drink or ordered from a waitress it took 30+ minutes to get a drink. But the most frustrating part of our stay was that night when we came back to the pool after dinner only to be told last call was called and we were not allowed to get in the water. The sign in the lobby says the pool is open an hour after sunset and the sun had just began to set when we got there. We pointed that out to the workers and we were told no that it closes at sunset. We took this picture of the sign the next morning as we checked it that says an hour after sunset. Sunseeker needs to prioritize customer experience, especially with the extremely high prices they charge.

We would like to say first for anyone looking that this is a new, clean, great looking and well maintaned big resort. Our check-in experience was great, Dakota at the front desk took care of us and made us feel very special since we were celebrating my friend's birthday, he gave us upgrade to a room with a view and very detailed information about the resort. It is a great feeling to feel so well taken care of and at home from the very begining. Kudos to him and the whole team that was nothing but kind to us through the whole stay. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone who would like to stay in a place with a great location, great service and lots of amenities. There is plenty of restaurants and things to do and places to visit at the location and its very convenient. Parking was easy to use as well. All in all, great stay, great welcoming feeling and clean well maintained place.Go there, you won't regret it!
