Very nice, enjoyable, the food was good, the Alcoholic beverages were good but I am sorry but I have never been to a restaurant that has beaten Ruth Chris for their steaks and mash potatoes. Sorry CW Prime but if you are going to charge the prices you do; you need to top Ruth Chris.

A few friends and I visited the St. Regis on a Friday night to listen to the live jazz in the lobby. Everything was fabulous - especially our bartender Brittany. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were also celebrating my birthday and she even took the time to make our visit that much more special with champagne and a cute St. Regis teddy bear! She gave us exceptional service and delicious drinks. We will be back very soon! :)

What an amazing birthday girls trip. We were able to check in upon our noon arrival. Met with a glass of prosecco. Spa was AMAZING. The service and the amenities that you can utilize the entire day (hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, beachfront covered pool, shower “experiences”). The beds in the spa rooms were adjustable - unbelievable 😉. Warmed slippers! Swimsuit refresh (wash) every day (upon request). Bonvoy members are treated to an afternoon sushi and specialty drinks at the Oshen. Macky provided amazing service. Aidan provided exceptional service for our breakfast buffet at Riva. Tim (concierge) planned a wonderful yacht trip and packed us a bag of towels, water, snacks etc. sunscreen at the beach and pool are provided. We even had drinks delivered to us IN the lazy river along with some ice cream snacks in the afternoon. Piano player every afternoon/evening in the hotel bar area. You are provided a wooden box with a button for food service and the concierge at the pool and beach locations. You can message with the concierge in the app, unlock your door, order uber etc. We will be back!
