We thoroughly enjoyed the resort- It’s a beautifully designed resort located directly on a splendid white sand beach, beautiful pools-and a very cool aquarium- The restaurants are excellent-the staff outstanding-

I attended a philanthropic conference onsite, and it was a wonderful event in a beautiful location. I want to give a special shoutout to the valet team for making such a great first impression. Awad and Patrick were absolutely stellar — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They instantly made me feel welcome. Thank you to everyone who contributed to such a positive experience — these two truly went above and beyond!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel-resort. The service and accommodations were 5 star all the way. We stayed there for 4 nights, had excellent beach weather and ate everywhere on the premises with the exception of C.W. Prime, but that was only because we are local and can eat like that on the mainland. It was quiet, the suite was clean, and the service was as good as it gets. We were impressed by it. Multiple pools, but no lap pool, adorable beautiful tortoises, not to be missed, and a Bentley SUV that will take you to St. Arman's Circle or anywhere else on Longboat Key. We didn't know about this until close to the end of our stay, but it makes up for the lack of parking or $55 a day valet cost. We hope to find an occasion to return. Our only issues would be: 1) Let the guest know before hand about how security operates while moving around inside and on the grounds of the hotel when they arrive, especially since we didn't find the one elevator to the pool level until the last day. 2) Improve the any time dining by adding more items to the menu, because after two nights, eating exotic food gets to be a bit much. This menu was kind of hidden away. 3) Put all crystal glasses in the drawer and do not leave them out on top of a quartz bar. One broke on us and we did not use them. It was just in the way. 4) We never knew we had our own butler until I returned home to see that he or the system said hello when we checked in. Our phone and message system, and the Bonvoy app were working, so go figure. 5) Your wish to leave a gratuity, system for someone special who helps out, is going in the right direction, especially for us because so many people were helping us, however we couldn't remember names, so photos with the names would have been helpful.
