“Incredibly loud all night”

The room is beautiful. The staff are all wonderful and attentive. The location is absolutely perfect, right on this gorgeous white sand beach. The on-site restaurants are great with creative drink options. The noise from the nearby bar is unbearable and I will never stay here again. I’m here for work and trying to sleep at 11:00 on a Wednesday. All I can hear, even over the tv, is someone singing poor cover of “Livin’ On A Prayer”. It’s like this every night this week. It’s so loud that even though I have earplugs, I can still hear every word clearly. Now they’re playing “You Oughtta Know”. It’s totally outside of the hotel’s ability to control, but the one thing I really need from a hotel is a quiet, restful night’s sleep and that’s just not happening here. Now it’s “In Your Head”.

Overall good property Enjoyed our room which was upgraded upon our arrival We loved our room! Clean and spacious. Great food in the restaurants -- main restaurant was a little more upscale and the food quality was really good. Coffee shop area standard Starbucks like quality Location is good if you like being right in the middle of everything. But, that also means LOTS of people. The beach basically felt worse than spring break. You could barely walk along the shore without stepping on people Crazy obnoxious music at the pool deck on Saturday but the other days of our stay were much more enjoyable. Weird that you can't use the stairwell on the property, I like to get steps in so I found this annoying that I always had to take the elevator

Beautiful hotel in excellent location. Rooms are very large. Service was excellent. Pool can be a bit crowded with kids, but we still enjoyed it. I highly recommend.
