We split our time between the beach set up ( loved the Salmon bowls! And the service from Bryan and James!!) We also enjoyed the pool area and the vibe up there! Rachel took great care of us!! I loved the intimate size of the resort as well as the feeling of being away from it all, but also convenient to everything! Shout out, too, to Colin, in Valet. He was personable and friendly. Amazing From 1st the valets to Bryan and James our servers at the beach and Rachel at the pool in our comfy cabana to Abegail at the coffee bar! The staff were amazing. Beautiful hotel! Comfy rooms and love the shower!!! One of the best. Last but not least our fond farewell from Colin in the valet :)

Day pass for the gorgeous rooftop pool was POPPIN! Great view and not overcrowded. We got a daybed, had excellent service. It was so fun! Totally worth the booking fee. Zach & Aiden helped me with my car via valet. Since we were drinking, we left the car overnight ! They both were accommodating and friendly. The front desk agent Amanda was also… Read more

Just came back from a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Clearwater beach. I was there for a hurricane risk conference and the level of service I received from the front desk from Amanda and Peter, to the bell staff particularly Maui who did a great job fitting everything into my friend’s car when I didn’t think that would be possible and was just so helpful, to the event staff particularly Heather and Jorge, to the bar staff Kim in the deep-end restaurant and manager Fabio, it really made for an enjoyable stay. I’ve stayed at many nice hotels but not experienced this level of service. Read less

While we did not actually stay at the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach resort and spa, we very much enjoyed our time there. We attended a wedding reception on the eighth floor. Every single person we encountered from the front desk to the servers and especially to the valet parking team was friendly and helpful. The food was five stars. Servers at the cocktail hour were walking around with delightful nibbles, and I noticed that they paid attention and made sure to approach all guests so that everyone had an opportunity to try the appetizers. Servers at dinner were attentive, made very sure that each guest got the meal that they’d ordered, and cleared empty dishes quickly. The team that won my heart, however, was the valet parking team. We interacted with four or five of them and they were all super friendly and took great care of us. Special shout out to Nick Tagliatela for taking great care of our Fiat! Read less
