Room was comfortable and quiet. great location close to anything you want downtown. Very good Breakfast Buffet each morning. Valet Parking only. Starbucks located in hotel . Bar/Restaurant in Lobby area. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stay here a few times a year. The staff is friendly from start to finish. I love that you have to use a key on the elevator, makes us feel a little safer. Rooms are always clean. Love, love, love the pillows; I sleep so well here. Bathrooms and room are always clean. Definitely recommend.

Convenient location at downtown Tampa. Clean and neat. Helpful and nice staff. The room was pretty clean as well as the bathroom. Confortable and spaciuos room. There's a Starbucks next to the lobby area. The breakfast was good. Will stay again in the future.

Cute Havana style hotel in a good location in downtown Tampa. The complimentary breakfast had many options ranging each day from waffles, pancakes, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, grits. There was a Starbucks connected to the lobby. The lobby also had cute areas styled after old smoking chambers (although no smoking is allowed). The room was comfortable. We were on the 5th floor where the pool is. I was initially worried about noise but I never heard any pool noise from our room. We stayed for 5 nights. My only complaint is the room didn’t have the luggage foldout holder thing. It had an area built in that fit a carry on size luggage but nowhere for full sized luggage other than putting it on the couch. Also it took several hours for the room to cool down so if you like it cooler at night, just set the thermostat to that temp when you leave for the day. We would leave it at 70° when we left but it would take several hours to get down to 68/67° when we got back. The pillows seemed small for the King size bed. They did have an extra (5th) one in the closet we used. Other than those 2 minor things, we had a great time. The location was perfect. It was a short walk or uber to everything. We walked to the aquarium and a few other places. The Onigiri shop next door has great snacks.
