“Great mom and daughter bonding trip”

I came to visit my first year U Tampa student and stayed at Hyatt House downtown Tampa. So glad we did! The valet service was prompt and John, Noah, and Jake were so attentive and fast! They even helped us carry our groceries and luggage to our room ! Everyone at this hotel were so kind, we truly appreciated it for our special mom and daughter bonding trip before I started a new job in late March! The young woman at the front desk on March 15th was so friendly and kind as well (sorry I forgot to ask her what her name was)! Love using the Chromecast feature as well during our short stay. We would stay here again if we can get a reservation…this spot is VERY popular!

Our first time staying here and pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable the room was. We travel a lot and there’s always something wrong with other hotel rooms. The bed was so comfortable. The freezer kept my ice packs cold. Idie, at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful giving us directions. The valet staff, Jake and Rene, were so polite and didn’t let us lift a finger with our bags or opening doors. Highly recommend

In town for a 3-day volleyball tournament. John and Noah were great. Did not have to wait, our car was rout front when we were ready to go, very pleasant and courteous. Great team!
