Great experience! Conveniently located near the airport. Incredible hotel staff! I had a great check-in experience with Ashley - she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Johnny T was warm and welcoming with my questions, perfect after a long day of travel. He provided more restaurant suggestions and advocated for the hotel restaurant — I’m looking forward to the grouper that Jimmy at the restaurant suggested, and potentially the banana foster or the crème brûlée that Johnny T / Ashley suggested. And I can’t forget my food server, Danielle, who has been attentive and welcoming too! I am really enjoying the staff making this a good start to my stay here.

Beautiful hotel with amazing customer service. Valet Ray was fun, courteous and very helpful. Tania at check in was so nice and did her best to accommodate us with rooms close to one another. She even brought the room key out to the pool to give it to us. She went the extra mile for us.

Wow! No notes about this beautiful property. My client and I had the best check in experience so far. Tanja at the front was INCREDIBLE. She was so informative, kind, and sweet as can be! We will definitely be back at Westin for all future business endeavors!
