The hotel itself provided a very pleasant atmosphere, all the staff we came in contact with were professional, friendly and very helpful, and the facilities at the hotel were just great. The in-house restaurant had great food and provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely be back here when we next visit Tampa.

I trusted the Westin Tampa Bay with my vehicle by using their valet service, which is managed by Towne Park. My car was damaged while in their exclusive care, and despite clear evidence that the incident occurred on their property and under their supervision, neither the hotel nor the valet company has taken any responsibility. Not a single manager from the Hotel has made any attempt to communicate or resolve the situation. It’s been weeks with no resolution — just empty deflection. This isn’t just poor service — it’s complete negligence.
When guests pay a premium to stay at a hotel like the Westin, we expect safety, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, what I experienced was the opposite: lack of security, lack of communication, and zero ownership of their wrongdoing.
To anyone considering this hotel: beware. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. I will never return — and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this establishment.

Ok experience. Expected more from a Westin. The whole place seemed to be understaffed. Experience and room very much like a Courtyard.
Room 1312 had 1/4 window and the rest 3/4 was wall backing to elevator. Could have saved some money and spent the night at a Courtyard Marriott
