Amazing views with new renovations that are top-tier. The staff, from Valet to Front Desk to Bar are EXCELLENT! If you are in the Tampa area for business or pleasure stay here (10/10). When there, definitely ask for Te'Aria at the Front Desk. She is the epitome of customer service and attention to detail.

I always have a great experience at this particular Westin. Rooms are clean and beds are great. Their staff is on point, specifically Evan who runs the valet. I have a high vehicle and he has always made sure it is parked in an appropriate area. Beyond that he communicates to the early morning team that my car needs to be ready at 5am when I leave for work. Service like this really make a difference when choosing at hotel. I will continue to come back to this Westin.
