“The Rude Wanderer”

We arrived here after a hectic day at our home airport due to delays and cancellations from the storms, and what we thought would be a relief turn into disappointment and disgust. I am not sure who or what your representative Angel thinks he is, but he needs to leave his attitude and rudeness at home, especially when working in a customer service environment. I was also uncomfortable with the way his eyes were looking my daughter up and down. Maybe I am an overly protective father, but still very uncomfortable!!!

Just happened to try this hotel, our first Westin. Absolutely beautiful renovation created a contemporary, warm environment. Clean, new rooms, very comfortable with amazing views. Restaurant was new, friendly and delicious. Definitely will recommend this hotel and return for future visit.

I had miscalculated my stay, and had to add another day before my original reservation started. Te'Aria was calm, supportive, and creative. She was able to keep me in the same room for all of the days of my stay, even with the reservation mistake on my part. Aziz handled my second "check in" with ease, finding me in the system, and letting me know Te'Aria had looked out for me. Their service was friendly, kind, and swift. Thank you Te'Aria and Aziz for some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!
