Fabulous property with all the amenities and great food options you want. The best place to stay when you’re close to the parks but want to make sure you have access to other places that are walkable or an uber ride away

4.5 Everything is great, we appreciate the upgrade of our room. The foods in Letterpress were excellent. We ate two dinners and one breakfast there, didn't expect hotel foods that good. Enjoyed the lazy river and hot tub, the evening float lagoon is beautiful and romantic. It’s walking distance to Disney Springs, a huge advantage. The customer service is excellent, with quick response and solutions to our minor issues in the room. They call you family and genuinely try to help and satisfy you r needs. The only issue for us is the pretty high parking fee, even with parking tax. We’ll come back anyway.

We chose this hotel for it's location and it's convenience on this trip as opposed to our last trips to Bonnet Creek area hotels and have to say we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean and the room was perfect for a vacation stay. All the staff from the check in on the 30th to check out on the 21st were terrific, friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for more. The hotel is large and very well organised and laid out(to my eyes) The pool, its bar and the lazy river were all that you needed in a hotel and were great fun. Recommended for couples or families with its location and amenities.
