“Great Hotel and EVEN Greater Staff”

Even Hotel is a great find only 15 to 20 minutes away from Universal Studios, offering a Boutique Hotel aesthetic. The rooms are impeccable, and the overall design of the hotel is really well done with multiple open space areas for sitting, lounging, or working if you choose. They also have a very nice pool, a game room, and a gym. The best part was the restaurant experience. Shout out to Urvashi who went above and beyond to treat us so well. She was funny, kind, and all -around awesome. We had a tight schedule and she managed to get us coffee and cooked breakfasts a whole 30 minutes before official breakfast time and opening of restaurant. She gave us Pro tips on the best way to maneuver Universal Studios and Isands of adventure. The Chef also came out to say hello after bringing our meals to the table. Great service and very memorable. Urvashi also came by the second morning to ask us how our day went and to bring us coffee. Highly recommended with surprisingly affordable prices.

Exceptional service and amazing hotel. From check in with Malik to dinner with Jarod. It was amazing 10 stars all around. Stayed 2 days and loved ever min.next Day breakfast with Nik [chef] breakfast was phenomenal. 9ur server Urvashi was so sweet she remembered our orders from both day. She was on point. Hotel was so nice and attention to detail is so worth every sec to stay here. Rebooted for a Sep trip too. Well done everyone!

Overall, we had a great stay! The hotel is new, very clean, and in a great location with easy access to both Disney and Universal. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There are EV chargers available on-site for an additional fee, which was convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven, Chick-fil-A and a Walgreens directly across the street, so it’s very easy to grab anything you might need. The only area that could use a little improvement is the check-in process. It seemed like some of the staff may still be in training, which is completely understandable with a newer hotel, but it would have been helpful to know. At one point, four guests were waiting to check in and there were three employees at the desk, but only one appeared to be checking guests in, but the woman was very nice! Also, breakfast is not complimentary However, I really appreciated that they provide complimentary water and coffee in the lobby. Overall, the cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient location, and nearby amenities made this a very nice stay. I already have another stay booked here.
