“Awful stay.”

Awful stay, stayed here 10 years ago and it was amazing. When we arrived for our 2 week holiday, manager was rude to us trying to charge additional charges. Rooms were dirty, shower broken. Really disappointed with the hotel and service. Luckily we were out most days. Would never return. Pools were shut early everyday. This doesn’t feel like a Marriott hotel. Apparently, it was sold a few years back, would not recommend coming here with a family.

“Convenient and comfortable stay for Bonvoy Elites near Seaworld”

I had a great experience staying at The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld! As a Titanium Bonvoy member, I was able to get early check in at noon, late check out at 1pm (they needed the room and could not grant 4pm), 2 free drinks (they have some local craft beers on tap!), and I selected free breakfast at the restaurant as my elite welcome gift (this was worthwhile!). The pool is open late, and the gym is 24/7. Parking is easy, and I was glad to have it included in my special AAA rate The room was always spotless thanks to the incredible housekeeping staff, especially Edervin Salazar. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and always greeted me with such a friendly attitude. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. It’s people like Edervin who make a hotel stay truly memorable. Thank you to him and the entire team for such excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

“beautiful but expensive stay”

I arrived at noon on a Sunday to attend a conference here for a few days. I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that a room was already ready for me to check into so I didn’t have to wait for a few hours in the lobby (which I was prepared to do) and so I was able to unpack and relax. The room was comfortable and spacious. The room was mostly clean except for some pet hairs found on items such as several on the bottom shelf of the fridge which was gross and meant I had to avoid using that bottom shelf. The inside atrium lobby and the outside grounds were beautiful. The food was way overpriced ($13 plus change for a fruit, yogurt, granola parfait and $14 for a premade turkey wrap). I was also surprised when I received my final bill given that the room was advertised on our conference website as being “only” $213 per night; however, with all of the added fees and taxes the room was actually $240 per night.
