The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. If your room faces the interior, it can be a bit loud and be prepared that without the curtains closed, there is the potential that everyone can see in. The conference rooms are spacious and the hotel staff kept them immaculately clean. I got drinks at Mist Wine Bar, which was a fun atmosphere, where they have large TVs and tables. Overall I thought it was a great location to hold a large scale conference and it’s a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again for my own personal travels. Read less

Wife and I had a night booked for a family reunion. My wife took ill and we couldn't make it. I cancelled the hotel over 48 hours before the check in date. Their policy is 5 days. I called and explained our situation, that you have 12 of my family members currently at your resort spending their money on your resort and that could you please out of the kindness of your heart refund us the $151. I was told a ticket case would be opened and someone would get back to me. A week later I was emailed that the "Controller" denied the request. I find this to be unacceptable. While I understand the policy, life is not black and white. Situations dictate decisions and the "Controller" most likely did not take any of my information into consideration. $151 is a lot of money especially when you had half my family at your hotel eating and paying for your rooms. It's extremely unfair and short sighted. I for one will never stay at your hotel and my entire family will not either now. So you are losing future business over $151. Thankfully, I am able to share my experience with others so they may know what to expect. Read less

We had a great rate for this hotel which made it an ultimate win. I had an upgraded suite which was stunning (though I’m not sure the “Sea World view” is anything to hype—it’s the parking lot) the bed was comfortable, the gym had 4 Pelotons, the hotel eating choices were extensive and the staff were all wonderful. Parking is easy to get to from… Read more

Parking is easy to get to from the hotel and location was good for my client site. Ask for a room away from the elevators—that was definitely the bummer of the week but otherwise, fully enjoyed the stay. Read less

We had a great experience at this resort. Safe walk right across the street to SeaWorld. Free shuttle to Aquatica. Resort was clean, friendly staff and good food options available. Enjoyed the pool area with slides. A large convention was going on during our stay. Hotel bars and lobby area were busy but could not hear the noise from our room.… Read more
