“Disappointed”

The first night everything was good. I ask for housekeeping on day 2 and housekeeping did not show up. Ask for it on day 3 and 3 different times and no one never showed up to clean, replenish towels or wash cloths . Highly disappointed in the customer service when I ask for services and they were not provided.

“Zero customer service”

Reserved a room for a medical conference 2 months in advance. They ran a credit card on file that was cancelled and Cancelled my reservation 4 days before without any notification/call. When I called customer service they had no service to offer. Kept trying to sign me up as a rewards member and when I asked how we can resolve my issue they gave me the FAX number to call for help. After 4 tries through the phone tree I finally got a supervisor who could only book a room at one of their smaller hotels down the road from the conference and that they reserve the right not to call a customer to resolve an issue....just cancel their stay and send an email to the spam folder and hope you find it in time to stay elsewhere.

Positives :- Excellent location Amazing pool Staff in the grill restaurant were lovely. Amazing chicken wings and nachos at the grill. Negatives :- Big resort fees as well as a $500 dollar deposit required. Hotel is cashless and don’t really like you to pay as you go . They had issues with our card and we were told on 3 occasions they had now sorted it but one night we even ended up being locked out of our room . Had to keep leaving notes for towels for the 4 of us . The sofa bed was very uncomfortable In room 5093 by the way . The springs poke through and we needed more blankets to make it more comfortable . One of the restaurants was closed , the slides were not open for the times advertised and the bar kept closing early. Also the buffet for breakfast wasn’t available . When we queried this , it was apparently down to low booking numbers our week . This should have been something we were advised about as these were some of the reasons we chose this hotel - disappointing .
