Great stay for a recent conference!

Attended a conference here recently, and after reading the reviews, I was a little leery about staying here. But it was a great stay! The hotel is very nice - employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and nice. Self-parking was easy and convenient. Would certainly stay here again.
Cockroaches were my roommates!

Vile hotel! Dirty and full of cockroaches! Management turned a blind eye and could care less! Scolded that a cockroach infestation was in my friends room.

Woke up to a cockroach crawling on my face. Turned on the lights to find two more on the walls. The experience was horrifying—but even worse was the hotel management’s indifference. The night manager offered just 25% off one night of a five-night stay. This isn’t a standard inconvenience such as a faulty air conditioner, the accommodations failed to meet even minimal standards of hygiene and safety. When I calmly asked to speak with someone else, he was visibly annoyed, refused to properly review my photo/video evidence, and told me to call later because an "inspection" was needed to confirm the issue, but would only comp one night stay and I shouldn’t expect anything else to be done.
Despite multiple calls and emails (with no response), I reached out to. Their social media through Instagram, I was finally contacted days later by a manager named Stuart Bourne, who falsely claimed to be the GM. He dismissed my concerns, refused to escalate the matter, and said I was only being offered anything beyond the standard 25% off was because I was "pushy." Stuart told me there was no one else I could speak to and he refused to provide me with any other upper management information. He stated that there was no one above him that would help me. He ended the call abruptly when I asked to record the conversation for documentation after he said the call wasn’t recorded on their end. I later found out another family in our group also encountered roaches—we were on the 4th they were on the 20th and found other TripAdvisor reviews from as late as March 2025 declaring the same issue- clearly not an isolated incident, despite what I am being told.
The management was dishonest, dismissive, and unwilling to discuss a serious sanitation issue that my daughter and I experienced because I would not accept a blanket offer. Rosen Centre claims to value guest experience, but my treatment was insulting and unacceptable.
Be warned: document everything, and don’t leave without resolution- it’s near impossible to connect with Rosen Centre management once you leave.
We travel often for our children’s sports and vacations. We stay in luxury, moderate and even budget hotels and have never experienced such poor customer service. Avoiding contact with customer and then aggressively trying to gaslight the customer into accepting subpar conditions doesn’t match with the claim “our hotels invite you to embrace relaxation and create unforgettable memories. Book your visit today and join us as we celebrate 50 years of uncompromising hospitality.” They are uncompromising- just not in the way intended.

Close to convention!

Stayed at the Rosen during a recent convention. It was overall a clean and comfortable stay and within walking distance to the convention center. It was not my favorite of the convention center hotels but overall a good experience. Would visit again.
