Having just come home to the UK after spending 2 weeks in the hotel, I had to leave a review to thank you all for a comfortable stay, Firstly, stand out service from Randy, having ran hotels myself all I can say is Randy is on a different level to any of the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting, yes all were competent (one or two were more concerned with their phones) but Randy did everything he possibly could to make not just myself and my partner feel we were important, but also my 4 year old daughter and my 16 year old son, he does it all with a smile, with an energy that should be encouraged throughout, bringing that “human factor” to the role that is easily forgotten throughout any establishment. So thank you Randy, not only for your energy, but for your genuine way of making every opportunity to make a difference, our holiday was supposed to be special regardless as we were doing a family holiday to Disney/universal for the first time together, but your service and friendship away from the parks made it just as memorable as any mickey encounter or lightsaber build 🙂 Thank you again for everything Pete, Saoirse, Caoimhe and Jae We WILL be back Read less

After staying previously at the Rosen Inns in Lake Buena Vista, as well as two other locations on International Drive, This Pointe Orlando Location in the Rosen chain of hotels was another very good choice, i decided to try this location on International drive to see if i would get the same great service, room & decent rates as all the other locations that i have stayed in..... Well, the verdict is in...YES, This Rosen Inn Pointe Orlando location was perfect for my stay in Orlando, along with a great rate, great room, great pool areas, as they have more than one pool, friendly staff and of course a great location. The rooms are a dated, but they are maintained better than some newer resorts. It is obvious the Rosen Hotel Chain knows what they are doing. This location is within walking distance to many, many restaurants, shops, etc. The Rosen Inns now charge a $10.00 parking fee which is not right in my opinion, just raise your rate by $10.00 and include parking ! However, it is still a good value. I am Looking forward to trying another Rosen Inn in the Future or staying at this location again. Bottom Line is this Rosen Inn is perfect for your Orlando/Disney vacation.... Rosen Inns~ Keep up the good work! Overall Rating ~ Very Good. More Read less

We had visited this hotel previously in 2022 and it was an extremely different hotel to what it is now. Our previous stay at this hotel made us question many different negative factors. However, 3 years later in 2025 the hotel has changed for the better. From the beginning of our stay until the end, we faced no major issues at all. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave you their time when you needed help. We were on the 6th floor facing the I4 and it was an amazing view, but could be a little noisy at night when cars were speeding down the roads. The room we stayed in was spotless and cleaned very well by the friendly maids who made sure all rooms were cleaned amazingly. This time round we did not decide to eat in the restaurant, as we ate out most nights or in the hotels zebra bar. The bar staff member Cyril was always in the brightest mood and treated the guests very well. Within the hotel, there is a convenience store which the staff in there were also really kind. The hotel is in a great area with good access to the whole international drive. The pool seemed to close at 10pm but a lot of the time we faced many children running around soaking wet in towels around near the elevators on the bottom floor, which made the floors very slippy, but i can imagine how annoying this must be for people in their rooms resting on the bottom floor and this is going on. Although we did not have a brilliant experience last time we stayed, we definitely could see the improvements made on the hotel and were very impressed. There was free wifi provided throughout the hotel, and pool area. When we come back to Orlando, we would definitely consider staying here again. Read less

Review of Rosen Inn at Pointe (Across from the Upside Down House) We stayed here for two weeks, my partner and I in one room, my mother in another, with siblings. When we first arrived, the rooms were a little dated but comfortable, and we didn’t mind that at all. Unfortunately, we had several issues during our stay. My mother had to change rooms early on and was moved right beside mine because flying ants and regular ants had taken over her original room and bed. Her new room seemed fine at first, but eventually, both her room and mine ended up with flying ants. In my case, I had to request a full clean and bed sheet change because there were ants in the bed when we pulled back the covers. The room doors have a large gap at the bottom, which may explain why ants were able to get inside. It’s also possible the AC vents aren’t properly secured from the outside. Cleaning service was inconsistent. My room were cleaned a good few times during the stay but missed a good couple times but my mother’s room was repeatedly missed which made no sense, as she was always out with us during cleaning times. Her room was right before mine in the hallway, yet cleaners would often go into my room and skip hers entirely. The cleaners came around twice a day, but even without the “Do Not Disturb” sign up, they sometimes didn’t go in at all. We often had to hand our rubbish directly to the cleaners or place it in the bins near the elevators. When we saw cleaners, we would ask for fresh towels and take toilet roll and tissues ourselves because they hadn’t been replenished. On some days, bins weren’t emptied, beds weren’t made, and no dusting or surface cleaning was done. We spoke to reception in person and by phoning down about the ant problem several times. Each time, we were told someone would come to clean in the morning but often, no one came. The issue kept returning. One night, cleaners did come to change sheets, hoover, and deal with the ants because I couldn’t move rooms. I had to complain and ring twice before they arrived, but I did appreciate their help that evening. They also told me to put a towel down on the inside of the room to block the door as it might help stop ants coming in. Also the smell of weed was very overpowering in the room as there is numerous people openly smoking it in front of the hotel beside the front doors and in the sit down area by the lite bite shop staff are oblivious to it or ignoring it but my mum was not impressed nor were other parents having to get children to walk by it/them again staff do not care nor do security. With all this going on this is NOT a family friendly hotel when staff can’t stop this. Nor is it safe. We also ate at the Zebra Bar inside the hotel. We had food there twice and drinks occasionally. At first, the food seemed fine, but on one visit I ordered chicken wings. I’m a picky eater, especially with chicken, and I always check it’s cooked through. The first two wings were fine, but the third was pink inside. I returned it and, as my appetite was gone, I just got two drinks instead. Another night, my aunt ordered a beef burger well done. It looked cooked on the outside, but when she bit into it, it was raw inside. When the bun was opened, the juices had turned the bread red. It was sent back and replaced with a properly cooked burger. The staff at the Zebra Bar were excellent, very apologetic, and helpful — but after two incidents, we decided not to eat there again, although we did return for drinks on other nights as the bar staff were great. The location is convenient for theme parks etc but for price paid it is not enough to say when you do not feel comfortable or safe with everything that goes on when staff can’t listen to your concerns our first impression was good, but the ant infestations, door gaps, strange cleaning inconsistencies with my mother’s room, and food, safety & cleaning issues made our stay disappointing overall.
