What disappointed me was not the closure of the restaurant for new flooring and being moved to the bar but going from a lot of choices to limited (if I’d just arrived I’d know no different but I’d been there over a week so wasn’t happy about this when told a lot of items weren’t on the menu) Had to beg for cereal. In the end we ate at ihop. Just wasn’t worth the hassle.
Would it put me off returning, probably not but will check before hand if any renovations would be taking place as we weren’t aware of the new flooring until the waiter told us the day before.

Second time staying here while visiting Orlando and we wouldn't't stay anywhere else. Great location, great staff, quiet comfy rooms and the pools are spot on. It's not the Ritz, and there's always a smell of cannabis in the air but it's still fantastic.

All staff members we encountered were super friendly and helpful, a special mention goes to the lady in the 24 hour shop. Always went out of her way to help, and the waitress at breakfast who after day one remembered all our drinks and there were 7 of us.
The rooms were lovely and clean and all cleaned daily. The rooms have everything you’d need, comfy beds, microwaves fridge safe etc. The shower had a decent amount of power and the bathroom was spotless. We weren’t in the room to much as we were out exploring the parks but would recommend the hotel for its convenience and helpful staff.
There are so many restaurant bars and shops nearby too all within walking distance.
We would definitely come back again.
