One Star – Will Never Stay Here Again
My husband and I checked in and were immediately met with the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. The front desk supervisor, I believe her name was Lainer or Laine, was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and seemed annoyed just to be checking us in.
She gave us a pet-friendly room next to the electrical room that reeked of dog urine and had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We went back to the front desk to report the issue, and without even checking the system, she told us there were no other rooms and we’d have to wait until the next day. She was not apologetic, empathetic, or helpful in any way just had an attitude and acted like we were bothering her.
I told her we couldn’t wait until the next day because we had our dog with us and nowhere to go in the meantime. Still, she didn’t try to make it right or offer any solution.
I’ve stayed at this hotel before with no problems, but this experience completely changed my opinion. I will never come back. The customer service and room quality were both unacceptable.

What can I say, this hotel was a perfect fit for our trip. Check-in was really easy. Yes the decor is dated, but it was very clean and our rooms were serviced everyday. The room has everything you need, coffee maker, iron, microwave, fridge, TV, hairdryer and 2 very comfy beds, so comfy in fact it’s one of the most comfiest beds we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was really nice, good pressure from the shower. I’d highly recommend you stay here if you’re on a budget, it has all the amenities you need and being on international drive you have easy access to shops, restaurants and more.

This was great because they needed help with the kids and if you even drive through the Universal parking lot, you have to pay a small fortune for parking fee. This hotel is actually walking distance to pretty much anything you’d need.
The decor is a bit dated but I feel that the good service and the clean, functional rooms at this hotel have more impact than the latest decor. There are plenty of electrical outlets, shower water was nice and hot and water pressure was great. They have a mini fridge and microwave. They have a coffee maker but it uses those tiny little coffee pods, so if you're a coffee nut like me, plan accordingly.
The front gate attendant is so pleasant and efficient. I felt welcomed and safe. Checkin was a breeze.
I will for sure stay here again if I'm looking for a fair priced hotel with everything I need. I would say that this hotel offers the best overall value in the area.
