“Great location and warm welcome”

This hotel has a great location, with a good bus link service to the universal parks. All staff were friendly and approachable. We only ate at the hotel twice for breakfast but there was a decent selection and was clean and warm. The rooms are on the dated side, need a good deep clean and a refresh…. But… We really only slept there so didn’t cause us too much of an issue. The room was serviced daily. We had a dip in weather whilst there, so the air con and heating in the room were fantastic!

Two stars feels generous but it’s what my mum suggested so there we go. We stayed for 21 days. Of the 21, the daily housekeeping came 9 times and on multiple occasions, we had to ask for things like clean towels, bins to be emptied, toilet paper, and for the bedding that was stained when we arrived to be changed. Spoiler - it was replaced with more stained bedding. There were a few issues outside of the room which when we reported to staff, we were laughed at. There’s drugs in multiple blocks which security ignore despite being in full view and easy access for children, and you can smell weed as soon as you go up most of the stairs. The only positive of the hotel is its proximity to things like parks and restaurants. You can’t argue it’s value for money when you can stay at a universal hotel down the road for almost the same price.

first stay and was not disappointed, when we arrived we thought free parking but hotel has started charging guests but it's america , rooms were bit dated but rooms were very clean and hotel grounds emicualte, rooms were good size and lots of space for clothes in drawers and wardrobe plenty of things to do at hotel swimming pools x 3 kids play room shop for snacks and food and area and bar Staff very friendly at front of house cleaning staff always spoke in mornings and they lady that made the Starbucks coffee always spoke in morning when getting the morning wake up coffee overall great stay
