From arriving front desk staff were helpful and polite advising us with map where our room was. Prior to arrival we had a requested a high quiet room via our holiday provider qnd this is exactly what we got. Floor 6 in tower 3000 over over looking I drive. We had views of Epic Universe in distance along with Icon Park.and I Drive strip. All of which looked amazing at night all lit up.
Rooms were as described and seen online large spacious with large chest of draws wardrobe desk chairs and much needed AC. Rooms were cleaned daily and if we didn't want them doing we left the sign on the door. The one thing I would have liked and improvement on was the water pressure in the rooms for the sink but I'm clutching to find faults
Food wise we didn't eat at the hotel as we ate out and about but had pizza from the bar after a park day and coffees from lite bite shop on a morning. They have cappuccino machines there if you're not a fan of American black coffee.
Games room was great for our son he loves pinball so was happy as there were a couple of machines in there along with other arcade machines and it wasn't too over priced.
Pools were clean and big enough for guests and stayed open till 10 if needed a dip after a long day. Free towels too so saves having to bring your own. One of the pools however is 9ft deep so be careful with weak swimmers.
Overall every interaction with staff was professional and polite so overall we were very happy with our stay.
One suggestion would be to add hooks or a drying rail to the front of the rooms to allow guests somewhere to dry clothes. It looked a little shabby on the ground floor where guest were putting clothes on the bushes out the front of the rooms as this took away the over all look of the place. Even on the higher floors we had to use the office chair and leave stuff outside so again just a suggestion to help out in future. Ample parking spaces around the complex and with 24 hour security no one can get in without a parking tag.
Great stay however and def will return. Other hotels may offer a more modern look and feel but that all comes at a premium. No hidden costs no resort fees and no parking fees all goes towards helping guests out and is very rare find now a days so thank you.

Pool open to 10pm and it was great to come back from the parks and go for a dip to cool off. Overall the hotel is worth every penny. In a decent location and easy to find places to eat every nite. 5 minute walk from icon park which had bits to do on an evening as well. For those worrying about what the weather forecast showing don’t we had rain once or twice in late afternoon the rest of the time it was glorious. Thanks for a great stay Rosen!
