“Electric mobility scooter users”

Arrived on the 5th January following a flight from Manchester. Booking in at reception we were delighted we had been upgraded to a junior suite on floor 2 It was absolutly brilliant with a view of the pool. Thank goodness for air conditioning as it was 36 degrees most days and 25 at night. There were major conferences being held so the carpark was very busy but the Blue Badge parking was avaiable most days. Breakfast at the hotel we found cheaper than most local ones as you are given a 25% discount voucher when you book in The hotel guest services work above and beyond to satisfy your needs like printing off directions and the blue badge copy I left in the car at the airport . The swimming pool was heated so on Wednesday when the temperature dropped to 20 degrees it was brilliant to swim in The hot tub by the pool bar was extremely accomadating Overall I would highly recomend this hotel and when Virgin sale is on book it again next year

“Fabulous holiday”

Just returned from the Rosen Plaza and once again had the most enjoyable time. From check in to check out we enjoyed every minute. Rooms were spotlessly clean and maids attended every day, beds were so comfortable ensuring a peaceful sleep after days at the parks. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Cafe Matisse and found there to be plenty of choice of foods to select from to cater for everyone in our party. Ordered food from the deli on occasions, paninis, chilli, etc and was never disappointed. The hotel staff are warm & friendly and provide wonderful customer service, nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is conveniently located for anything you may need, shops, restaurants, all within a short walking distance with sea world & universal a short taxi ride. We’ve stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and will be doing so when we return to Orlando. Love it.

The Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida I would highly recommend. Rooms are spacy, clean and classy decorated, I would say luxe, with classic furniture, bathroom with bath. Outdoors is a heated pool. And lot's of parking space. There is a coffee bar and breakfast in the CaféMatisse is wonderful. I could go on and on. As you may understand by my experience: it's an absolute YES!
