Credit to the whole team for the upkeep of the rooms and the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room had what we needed and beds were very comfy. Bathroom was spotless. We had cleaners in every day and changed towels. Room was on the 12th floor and had no issue with noise that kept us up at night, even with the large groups of kids staying there. We didn’t use the pool as we were too busy at the parks. Breakfast had plenty to offer and we had 25% off each morning we eat there. Hotel in a good spot on international drive. We paid £75 a night and was great value for money! We would stay here again. Read less

It's been about 15 years or more since we last stayed here and I'm now wondering why it took us so long to go back. The Rosen experience didn't disappoint. The rooms had been updated since our last stay and were nice and clean and fully equipped. This is a conference centre hotel and there were conventions underway during our stay - none of which hampered or interfered in any way with our enjoyment of staying here. All the staff were attentive and helpful, especially at Cafe Matisse where we ate breakfast daily. The buffet breakfast was simple but delicious. Endless crispy bacon done the way we like, scrambled eggs, yoghurts, omelets made to order, fresh fruit, waffles, pancakes ... what more do you need? The food was all tasty, plentiful, and great value for money. One of the hotel's strongest selling points is its prime location on International Drive. All the tourist attractions and restaurants on I-Drive are within minutes on foot. No need to drive anywhere, especially for dining (and drinking) in the evening. It was nice to see that the parking was all free (for self-parking), with no resort fee added to the bill at the end of our stay. Overall, I recommend the Rosen Plaza on the breakfast buffet inclusive package. Read less

Rooms were large enough for our party of 3 adults, although I would day the queen beds are not my favourite due to their size, however they were very comfortable!! Fridges were in Rooms and downstairs there are communal toasters and microwaves available should you wish to use them . Great little coffee shop serving much needed coffee every morning and amazing cinnamon rolls!! Pool bar has a daily Happy hour as well ☺️ All in all its a great base for a trip..thanks again guys Read less

Just sent 13 nights at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, my wife myself and my 14yr old daughter, We had a great experience can't fault the hotel at all the staff were friendly and helpful the pool was superb and the eateries were excellent, the pool was large with plenty loungers there were towels available around the pool honestly can't fault it, the pool Bar/Restaurant was Brilliant the drinks and food plentiful our Favourite was Happy Hour Rum Punch Buckets 🤣🤣 we were there as part of a large group for a dance competition in the convention centre so this hotel was ideal. There was a take away in the hotel open till 11pm so if you didn't want to leave the hotel there was the take away that was delicious couldn't get away with how good and handy it was, unfortunately we didn't eat in Jack's Place which is a bit of a regret as I'm sure it would have been first class as well, there is a small shop in the hotel for all your needs and also a CVS just a few minutes walk away. The rooms might be slightly dated for some people's taste but it had everything we needed considering the amount of time we actually spent in the room, it was cleaned daily the beds were made (not sure how often the sheets where changed) there was a safe and a small wardrobe for clothes could maybe have done with more room for clothes but it didn't bother us 1 bit, the air-conditioning was excellent as was the fire from our room we could see Volcano bay and Icon park lit up at night also a lovely Sunset every night so can't complain. As a personal preference I like a hotel room woth a balcony but I knew when we booked ot didn't gave it so that's not a complaint just a personal preference. The Evevators/Lifts were great as well never waited more than a minute for a lift to the 12th floor We were in room 1227 so the lift was a god send. We had a group in the Rosen inn next door the neighbouring hotel and we all went over one night for a pool party when the Girls became world champions 🏆 🥇 and I can tell you the Plaza is much nicer than the Inn I'm glad I didn't stay there it's night and day compared to the Rosen Inn. All on all we loved our stay and if we are every fortunate enough to be back in Florida we will definitely be booking the Rosen Plaza again, well done to all the staff for keeping the place ticking over 👏 Read less
