In 2025 new towels every day. Lovely bed. Average shower, is great but not really the ultimate. Internet is. And it is certainly very poor here. So a trip to reception for help. To be met with ... well I really don't know how to describe...... NFI I think somes it up. Ten years ago not an issue. But today is. Summary looks great but lacks ...

I had a wonderful stay at the Rosen Plaza hotel. Staff were all very attentive and professional and caring. The property itself is beautiful. Rooms are wonderful and loved the bed especially. Staff also catering to my special requests and wishing me a happy birthday and getting me the pool view room was amazing. Pool area was spectacular and hot tub was icing on the cake. A quiet and mature property which is what I wanted. Food was incredible also. Will be back next year. Oh and shout out to the bell desk who lent me his umbrella when I was going out as it was raining heavy. Amazing experience.

Always a great experience staying at the Rozen Plaza. Clean spacious, very helpful and friendly staff. Good food options inhouse and within a short walk. Handy for theme parks and other attractions close by. Till the next time. Many thanks.
