The hotel was lovely, staff were very helpful especially geo and Eric and lady from breakfast. Food was good selection in morning and social evening especially if people are on a budget. Pasta salad was my favourite. Would definitely stay again. If I had to pick fault would prefer safe in room and not reception and new sun beds around the pool

About 10 minutes later, a "just checking" call was received. The room was massive, with a couch (pull out bed), desk, TV, kitchen (larger than some places I have lived), large bathroom, and 2 queen beds with another TV. Way too much room for me! The water was hot, the towels and sheets were clean, the beds were comfy. A nice breakfast was supplied daily and M-W social hour with substantial "snacks" along with beer and sangria was served. The food was enough for me, as I was had large lunches. The staff was friendly and competent. There is a 7-11 and a CVS within walking distance. The bus to some parks was next door and easy to navigate. I never felt unsafe during my travels and if I ever get back to Orlando, this will be where I will stay.

We had a one bedroom with 2 queen beds (hard to find), and it was quiet! You could not hear much of what was going on in the halls from the bedroom. We were the first room past the elevators and had no issues at all! The staff! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Our flight brought us to the hotel quite early, and we did not expect a room to be ready, but the staff worked to get one ready for us. They did not act put out by it but were thoughtful about it instead! Every time we walked through the lobby, the person working at the front desk would welcome you or tell you to have a great day. I needed to borrow a permanent marker, and they gave me one. The people working in the restaurant area are constantly making sure that everything is filled and warm and cleaned. There was one woman who was there nearly every day with a big smile on her face and made sure to tell us good morning and goodbye. My daughter thought she was so nice that she drew her a picture to tell her thank you for being so helpful and kind.
We booked this hotel for a competition at the Convention Center but had to not only go to the Convention Center but also ESPN World of Sports at Disney, and we had a day at Universal Studios booked for fun. The location was perfect for it all! Even with Convention Center traffic, we were able to make our 7:30 meet time without issue. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, a couple of supermarkets, and we made a Dollar Tree stop as well. We made great use of the full kitchen. We were only able to attend one of the Monday-Wednesday Social Hours, but there were free drinks, and the food was dinner, not just snacks. It was great!
While many hotels charge a ridiculous rate for parking, parking here is free, and there is plenty of space. The rate was best booking directly through IGH, so we did. It was a very good rate compared to what some of our teammates paid at other locations for less desirable accommodations.
Some have mentioned that the pool is a bit small. While I can understand that it may be considered small for the area, it was just fine for us. We went to it every day for at least a little while and had no complaints. There's nothing fancy about it. It's just a pool. But that's all you really need!
In my opinion, so long as the rate stays reasonable, this will be our go-to and where we recommend others stay as well!!

We booked this hotel because it is IHG with a high rating and it's location is right across from SeaWorld. We booked a one bedroom suite with two queen beds for our family of 4. Instead of booking two separate rooms, we always like to stay together in a suite. Not to mention we had a full kitchen with a full size fridge, dish washer, toaster, microwave and stove.
The hotel is well maintained and everything was fully functional. It was generally very quiet at all hours until the guests next door kept banging on the door which was not the fault of the hotel. The staff are welcoming and always greet us with a smile. Check in and check out were fast and easy. We checked out at 3am and simply informed the front desk staff our room number.
At publishing time, full daily breakfast is included and food are also provided at social hour from Monday to Wednesday between 5:30 to 7pm. Parking is free and there are ample parking spaces. Pool is small but nice and we were too busy to spend any time there.
The location is perfect for SeaWorld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove that we visited.There is a 24 hour CVS and 7-11 within walking distance.
The hotel rate was very reasonable for what it offered and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip back to Orlando.

The complimentary social evenings with free food and drinks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were a lovely bonus, and the included breakfast was plentiful and tasty – a great start to each day.
A special shoutout to Eric M, who went above and beyond for my daughter's 13th birthday. I asked where I could get a cake and balloons, and when we returned from our day out, we were surprised with an amazing chocolate fudge cake, balloons, and a sweet note. It made her day so special – Thank you!
The only small downsides were the lack of a kettle in the room for a cuppa (but I just used a pan on the hob!) and that there could be a few more sunbeds around the pool.
But overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return!
