Complimentary hot breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 9.30am and Saturday and Sunday from 7.30am to 10.30am in the Breakfast Room. The evening social takes place Monday to Wednesday from 5.30pm to 7pm, with complimentary appetisers and beverages. Also located on property is the EVEN Kitchen & Bar serving fresh American dishes for breakfast and dinner, alongside espresso drinks, cocktails, beer, wine and spirits. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 9.30am and Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 10am. Dinner is served daily from 5pm to 10pm. As well as a 24/7 Marketplace offering drinks, snacks, light bites and essential items.

We are here now. We stayed 3 nights pre cruise and 5 nights post cruise to visit Universal. The staff are fabulous, everyone we meet is so helpful., early check in on our return from the cruise. The hotel is spotless with great perks like free coffee and water on tap. The breakfast is a great way to start the day. I used the laundry facility’s and returning home, family of 5 with clean suitcases is such a bonus. Easy access to Epic. No issues with the aircon and kitchen facilities are a bonus

“TERRIBLE”

Booked a 2 week stay with my partner for an anniversary trip and only managed to stay 2 days. First off, the hotel itself is in a nice location, close to Epic Universe which we preferred. The hotel is brand new, so it’s still aesthetically appealing. However, the wannabe eco friendly, green washing aesthetic the hotel wants to exude just to save a measly buck or two at the cost of the comfort of the guests is a bit underwhelming! The air conditioning system is run by a sensor; as soon as it doesn’t sense movement in the suite, it automatically shuts off! Also, If it doesn’t sense any movement while you’re asleep, it will shut off on you as well! You will wake up SOAKED in sweat! Imagine coming from a day at the parks, shopping, entertainment, etc. expecting to come back to an air conditioned suite to cool off from the heat… WRONG! The air conditioning system stays at a constant 72 degrees, and takes several hours to reach a comfortable temperature (no lower than 68 degrees)! We contacted the front desk to see what could be done, and were told due to warranty issues they couldn’t override the system, so we just had to deal with it. Also, the bathroom lights run on a sensor as well, so if you’re in the shower longer than 20 minutes, GOOD LUCK, the lights will automatically shut off on you! You will literally have to get out of the shower to turn it back on! Another thing, the ice machine is HORRIBLE! It’s one of those ice flakes that compact into ice bullets to save time, and it literally melts as soon as you put it in a drink! TERRIBLE!!! The suites do not provide ice buckets, and if you request one you will be told to go purchase one by the front desk!!! WTF! Who does that!!! All this to say, if you don’t mind a terribly unpleasant and uncomfortable stay, by all means stay here. If you value your comfort, please stay somewhere else. The owners of this hotel don’t, so why would you line their pockets just to be left hot, in the dark, no ice bucket, and watered down drinks! The nerve of this place! STAY FAR AWAY! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!
