The 256 two- or three-bedroom apartments feature a full kitchen, dishwasher, and modern living and dining areas. Each apartment also includes a balcony, wireless internet, central air conditioning, flat-screen TVs with cable or satellite, an in-room safe, a washer and dryer, and a steamer for your convenience.

2-bedroom apartments span 1,194 square feet and are perfect for families or small groups. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, along with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has either a queen bed or a fully themed room, offering a fun and unique space for kids or additional guests. A further shared bathroom is also included.

“Phenomenal Guest Experience and Great Hotel”

Daisia C. made my stay exceptional with her outstanding guest service. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet. She took the time to assist me and patiently resolved an issue I was having with Expedia, making the entire process stress-free. Her professionalism, genuine care, and dedication to helping guests truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel because of employees like Daisia. She went above and beyond, and she did an amazing job. Thank you for such excellent service!

My favorite place back again for the second time and it was for my birthday and I sure enjoy it minus the raining part to enjoy the pools more . Every thing is nice about this place .

“A Great Holiday Overshadowed by Unresolved Issues”

We stayed at Villatel Marriott Bonvoy in May and, overall, had a great holiday. However, several issues during and after our stay left us disappointed. Upon arrival, one of the bathroom toilets was not working and needed to be repaired. The dishwasher also did not work, and the curtain in the main bedroom was coming away from the rail. In addition, our booking included one complimentary apartment clean during our stay, but this never took place. We were grateful to be granted a late checkout until 2pm, as our flight was not until 8pm. Unfortunately, on the day of departure, housekeeping repeatedly attempted to enter the apartment from around midday onwards, despite being informed that we had an approved late checkout. The most disappointing part came after our stay. We checked out on Saturday and, after arriving back in the UK on Sunday, realised that we had left several items behind in the apartment. I contacted reception and was advised to submit a lost property request online, which I did. I was then informed that nothing had been handed in. Given that the items were left in the apartment and housekeeping entered shortly after our departure, this seems highly unlikely. I requested that the apartment be checked again, as multiple items had been left behind, but I have received no response. It has now been over two weeks since I first contacted Villatel, and I am still waiting for an update. Overall, it's extremely disappointing that what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay has been overshadowed by poor communication and a lack of support regarding lost property.
