This Caribbean-style resort is set on the banks of Lake Davenport and covers 70 acres of landscaped gardens. There’s a small beach area by the lake, and the apartment-style condos have kitchen facilities if you’d like to prepare your own meals. There’s also a restaurant on site if you’d prefer to dine out. Guests can make use of the volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. There’s a playroom and games arcade for children, and adults can relax by the pool or visit the spa and fitness centre. In the evenings, the clubhouse balcony offers a good view of the Disney fireworks in the distance.

We stayed at the resort from the 7th to the 17th of December unit 13 apartment 505, it was a 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor, the condo was very spacious and very clean. It was very quiet, the only thing was we did not have much of a view but to be honest some mornings it was a bit chilly to sit out, we had a problem with the tumble dryer called the reception and within 1 hour we had maintenance but they needed a part, this came the following day very efficient service, would definitely recommend, we are going back in December again in 2026

“Worst holiday I’ve taken”

Absolutely terrible!. Turning out to be the worst trip I’ve had in a long time Here for over 3 weeks and the family above me are up causing excessive noise well into the night 1am - told from resort as it’s air BnB apartment they cannot assist I intend on demanding air BnB provide a refund or alternative accommodation this place is a disgrace. Should booked orange lake as have done every other year what a mistake this was. Bahama bay - Thanks for ruining my holiday do yourself a favour and book else where

“Fantastic experience”

The rooms were excellent and very homely, close to parks, using Uber, they were good value for money. The balcony view was fantastic. The kids loved waking up to wild birds and other wildlife. Daily, the splash pool was fantastic for our 2-year-old granddaughter. The other pools were fantastic, and the 2 hot tubs were great. The staff were fantastic very welcoming, and the security around the site was spot on and the security staff were lovely frendly and profesional. Will go again
