The rest of the hotel is fine. However, one aspect of the breakfast service was so exceptionally bad that I decided that I had to spend some of my vacation time to typing up a review.
There was two women doing the job of one. I went and got my food, and the lady asked for my breakfast card (It's nearly 20 bucks a person, by the way), I didn't have it, so I gave her my room number. I sit down and try to enjoy my rather mediocre 20$ breakfast, when this lady comes over to our table and tells me that my room didn't have breakfast. So, I had to drop everything, go all the way back, and fetch the stupid voucher.
I give it to her and she finally leaves me alone. I go to get a coke from the refrigerator, but the fridge is locked. The two women see me try to open it, and take no action to help me. A few minutes later, I try again. Nope, still locked. As I give up, I see one of the two women unlock the fridge. Finally, I can get a coke! As I watch her a little longer... She unlocks the fridge, takes a coke, and the re-locks it behind her. What the heck? I'm not allowed to have a coke with my 17$ breakfast?
The lady then proceeds to go and hide herself behind a wall. The other lady joins her, and they start having a leisurely conversation. This is fine, except they were doing this while there was a couple 10 feet away trying to get their breakfast accounted for.
TLDR; Beware of the breakfast service, which is operated by two of the most lackadaisical, lazy, and incompetent employees I have ever witnessed.
